mayonnaise 36g
ketchup 5g
salt 1/4tsp
black peppers 1.5tbsp
◆Namban sauce
soy sauce (Shoyu) 50g
Usukuchi Shoyu(Light color soy sauce) 50g
rice vinegar 100g
Mirin 25g
sugar 40g
salt 1 pinch
shichimi peppers proper amount
