- I have a new cover for you all today. This is a special one for me. It's been about a year now since I graduated college and moved to LA by myself. Even though I've been an "adult" for a few years now, it never really struck me. I'm still lazy, immature, and a lot of other things. While on tour this past month, I happened to stay at my home in Jersey for a week. Maybe because of some nostalgia, I decided to cover this song. And I filmed it around my house in the similar style of how I first started making covers at my house 5 years ago. It finally hit me how much I grew up and what a journey it has been so far. While I'll definitely still be a kid at heart, it kind of feels like I'm "Letting Go" in a way. Well anyways, cheesy emotional spiel aside, here is Letting Go by DAY6! Hope you guys enjoy ^^

I just realized this was uploaded on my birthday. In the description it says that it finally struck you that you were an adult. I turned 18 this year and it hit me that I'm considered an adult now. It's so weird to think about 'letting go' of my childhood. Although I do have about a year and half left of being a teenager. Being a university student a lot different from being a high schooler.

I think no matter what, we're all still kids at heart. And me being a couple months away from being a young adult, I doubt I would become one straight away; so I think becoming one is when you really don't suspect it. Yeah u can drink alcohol, drive (never together), go places by yourself etc. but I think that being a responsible adult comes through different experiences and what u can learn through them.
