It's still Epistemology. Theory of Knowledge, or TOK, is how this is called within the IB program for high schools. It's just "easier", I guess, to understand as a term for teenagers ;-)
TOK and epistomology are vastly different. TOK is what a particular school curriculum called the international baccalaureate expect you to do while epistomology is a term that used in philosophy which connects to methods of obtaining knowledge and how valid it is
