EA should actual do the second move with holding L2, then at the half way point of the spin, hold L1 and tap the skill stick towards the direction you want to go (for NHL 22)
Awesome vid. Hardly knew the self sauce could be so creative. It used to just straight break the computer in HUT, now it's just breaking kids dignity when these get pulled on them.

Thx for quick reply Are you able to do video showing the actual remote in your hand on one screen pip while doing that impossible backskate self pass? Saw Nasher do something similar and helped immensely?
You don't have to aim the spin move like that.. you can just aim it to the inside or outside with the left stick. Little easier imo. Thanks for the video of this sickness though.
Nothing it just drops am I missing something? Do I tap r1 all way down quick and still aiming left stick in direction or do I let go left stick then aim after midway thru backskate? FYI: You are by far my favourite vids to watch thx for everything pal you are an ambassador of the game
I personally don't find the remote overlay to be helpful really which is why I don't use it often, but I could create a short or something if it helps you.
I can’t for the life of me self pass after the L2 Am I doing something wrong? Does it have to be manually L2 R stick counter clockwise? Stumped watched video 50 times and still can’t do it not even once!!? Your help would be greatly appreciated
@@davidmash2953 you do want to press it down all the way, but you want to focus on pressing it down and releasing as quickly as possible. Some people call it a light tap but it really is a fast tap. Try going into free skate and tapping r1 as fast as you can (holding left stick in the direction you are skating so you dont drop pass) and if the puck barely moves and you pick it up quickly you are doing the tap correctly.

Make sure you are letting go of L2 before you press R1 because L2 when pressing R1 triggers a drop pass. Kinda hard to explain through text.

Their early records were groundbreaking but they seem to have gotten away from what made them great imho.
