Я видела этот фильм =) Он сильный. В традиции Азии - ты будешь им наслаждаться, если твои мозги любят работать (не только глаза и уши). Интересный сюжет, это я пишу как очень придирчивый зритель, который бросает смотреть 90/100 фильмов. Хотя, безусловно, кому-то кино не понравится. Ну так и Димаш не всем нравится =) И эта песня не шокирующая. Она просто пример качественной работы (в данном случае на фильм, а не на певца). I saw this movie =) He's strong. In the tradition of Asia , you will enjoy it if your brain likes to work (not just your eyes and ears). An interesting story, I write this as a very picky viewer who gives up watching 90/100 movies. Although, of course, someone will not like the movie. Well, not everyone likes Dimash =) And this song is not shocking. She's just an example of quality work (in this case, for a movie, not a singer).

Hi from Poland ! Yes, you just heard the best singer in the world. The most beautiful voice I've ever heard in my life. It's actually a soundtrack - the song is actually called Eternal Memory and the movie is Battle of Memory.
A few words about Dimash. He is 26 years old and comes from Kazakhstan. He is undeniably the best singer of our time by many specialists from around the world. Its range is 6 octaves and a few semitones. He sings in 12 languages and plays many instruments.
Dimash has been trained classically from the age of 5. He sings all genres of music from opera to pop, rock, even rap. He was offered a job at the Astana Opera House but chose a different path.
His path to world fame began in 2017, when he was invited as a wild card to participate in the Chinese competition "I am Singer" (this is not a talent contest, already famous and recognized singers participate, by invitation only, lasts 3 months and is deadly heavy). Dimash was the only non-Chinese performer, the youngest in the history of the competition. He was asked if he would perform first to open the new season, as he was not expected to move on. Dimash performed the French song (one of the 5 most difficult songs) SOS. Nobody knew him, everyone (including competitors) heard him for the first time. everyone experienced a great shock, after the episode was broadcast, Dimash became a night sensation in China, in one day the song had 600 million views on Chinese platforms. He was no longer allowed to move without bodyguards. Each song in this competition is a world championship. (the song in his performance SOS is used as a model for the best music school in China).
It is huge in China, Asia, Russia and its fame grows all over the world. He has won many prestigious music awards in Asia and Russia. His first album "ID" on the Chinese QQMusic platform went platinum in 37 seconds, triple platinum in an hour, and in the first day - five times platinum. Thousands of people from all over the world came to the first big concert of Dimash "Bastau" in Kazakhstan (about 40,000 spectators). M For a concert in New York (19,000 spectators) in December 2019, people came from over 50 countries around the world and from all states of America. He has already had many shows in China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, and his European tour Arnau was interrupted in March by covid 19.

If you are shocked at this you really be shocked at what he normally does as this was nothing. This was barely an effort for Dimash. Try Across Endless Dimensions which is from a recent movie and in English. Even then you are still not going to see the full Dimash. He also sings Diva Dance from the Fifth Element. See Dimash, Diva Dance from his Bastau concert. Yes, a man, singing Diva Dance and with no computer added effects. Just Dimash. No end to his talents.

I don’t know this janguage, but dimash sings in 12 languages and plays 9 instruments and has over 7 octaves. He has two masters degrees in classical and contemporary music and is still studying for his doctorate. He did the the heavy metal soundtrack for the two year old movie go go power rangers and many others. Because of his octave range he sings in almost every genre and has created some. His accolades are so many you have to go to Wikipedia to read them and even they can’t get it all.
This one is for a movie but if you want a music video that he's more heavily involved in at the directorial level then Qairan Elim might appeal. Very topical.
You are correct, this is from a Chinese movie, a la James Bond style. If you like seeing the artistry of videos themselves, you MUST watch Quarim Elim, a gorgeous video that Dimash directed (his directorial debut). The song itself is a prayer for global peace and healing. There are versions with English subtitles. The intro of Quarim Elim is a bit of a retrospect to Kazakhstan's history of strife and struggle, esp. during WW1. The song is also a prayer for healing from Covid, as Dimash has lost some friends to COVID-19. Enjoy! :-)
