Fakes can be fun still, dont worry! Mio is one of my all time favorite characters. Season two "tea party" is my favorite episode. I can relate to her klutziness and some of her fears. If I ever have a girl I will consider Mio as a name. She rules!
Super late on commenting this, but I just purchased an asuna figma before I knew about the whole bootleg situation, and so I'm pretty sure I purchased a bootleg one, but regardless I don't think bootlegs are so bad after watching several reviews about it. Sure they may be flimsy and have a decent but not amazing paint jobs like the original, but overall they are still pretty good figures. If you're not a serious collector of figma and just want to purchase a figure for the character itself, then bootlegs are the way to go if you're not a huge money spender. I'm pretty sure when I receive my asuna and it turns out to be a bootleg, I would still be happy with it . The only downfall unfortunately is that the original artists don't get the money they deserve :/
I've only recently started collecting figmas. A month ago actually. I've got a about 6 so far. The 7th I bought from a different website that I don't usually use because it had Saber 2.0 which is sold out everywhere. Except ebay and amazon, but i refuse to buy from there for fear of fakes. Ironically enough, I'm like way more than certain the figure I got is a knockoff. When I opened it, it smelled way too much like plastic. Idk if that makes any sense, but the others didn't smell nearly as strong. I've matched up the box and accessories to my others and everything seems normal. The stand even has the figma logo. My main gripe is the figure herself. Her joints are WAY too loose. Nothing falls apart but she still feels really flimsy. I remember opening Lucina and she was so stiff it felt like i was going to break her if i posed her. That's how most of my figmas feel. Idk I'm kinda at a loss, mostly because I paid full figma price for it. I got it from Kirin Hobby which I found out later has god awful reviews. Sorry, for the long comment, I just really need to figure this out (no pun intended). Thanks for any help btw: I'm a sucker for Fire Emblem, so Lucina and Corrin got me started. but The God Hand are my favorites by far
See?! This is why I feel so bad when people buy bootlegs! Seeing how these people love their creations, their clients and how much the company loves their workers. It's no longer just about the artists who make the sculpt, but also the companies that bring out the figure for the buyers. Paint, plastic and everything on figmas cost a lot of money and time dedicated on them. There is a lot of feeling beyond sincerity in their figures, which is the drive to create something that's worth keeping. Something that the creators and consumers will love as time goes by. Imagine really good toy companies closing down (I'm pretty sure we all can name a few that already have) cause the knockoff factories start earning more money. Knock-off factories are really heartless, and way more ruthless than you can imagine. While the original companies like Goodsmile sell them for a higher price, knock-off factories don't really care for you at all, thinking that they could just sucker you into buying garbage items made of garbage materials. I know a lot of Chinatown shops that even sell them for about 75% of the price of the original and that's a total rip off. Buying these fake figures is just like allowing these knock-off factories to fatten up and spit on the dignity of the creators and you as well. It's very much like them selling you a disposable print of an original art piece. They aren't just teaching you bad habits by encouraging you to buy fakes, but they are also upholding a dangerous ideal that stealing and forging someone's dreams, ideas, and dedication is an okay thing to do. I used to try to understand why it was common for people to sell knock-off figures until I started learning how to sculpt toys and statues. I could imagine a person, even a master in the craft, spending 2 whole weeks perfecting a certain sculpt and paintwork. That's a lot of work! And imagine these guys suddenly swiping these hard earned efforts off your hands and selling them as their own like nothing happened, while you starve and wait for payday to pay off your bills and live the rest of the time with 40 percent of what you earned. I also used to think that the actual companies have all the money, but imagine the machines they use to make these quality figures, the materials, the advertising. Everything. And to top it off, programs, trainings and benefits to their employees, electric bills, etc. All that could drop into a huge dip when knock-off companies pirate their items overtime. And that's a big heist enough for these crooks, and the syndicates that support them. Syndicates that are involved with all sorts of henious activities, be it drugs, prostitution etc. They are all being funded. These guys even sucker people into working for their crooked factories that don't only cheat these labor workers with meager pay, but also no benefits and absolutely nothing to protect them from the harsh materials, poisonous/toxic chemicals, that these fakes are made of. Which inevitably falls into your hands. No I don't just mean the chemical hazards, but also the shame, the guilt, the crime, and all the dirty crooked intent, the criminal power at the expense of everyone that were used as a momentum to put this this piece of garbage into your hands. It's really not worth buying these fake things, and I encourage you all to ease off before the dignity and humanity of the people who made these products are further destroyed. Yours goes along with it, if you let these people cheat you. Cheers and more self control to all of us. I hope this message strengthens the humanity we have in all of us.
Well said John. Its MUCH better to buy the real ones. I wish the industry had some better controls in place to stop fakes. I want to get a culture japan smart doll some day and I dont want some knock off one. I will pay the price for the real deal.
Tuxx Toys It's great help that you gave the audience tips on watching out for fakes. And this video is especially good for new collectors to know what to look out for through this, and it's also a great way with introducing them to the price range of some figures. (e.g. when you mentioned that of figma and hot toys)
I know this video is out of topic since I'll be talking about nendoroids not figmas but in the past 2 months I've been collecting nendoroids, none of the 8 nendoroids I owned are fake and all of them are bought straight from ebay. My Akizuki nendoroid from the Kancolle series was like $13 including shipping and the shocking part is she's 100% authentic. I think my luck when it comes to nendoroids is just that good and besides it's really obvious if it's fake so if you want to save money I recommend buying on ebay because not all are fake. Just don't panic buy, take your time, do research and you'll get a figure for like 1/4 of the original price :D
yeahh my hatsune miku figma is definitely fake, i got it years ago on ebay for like $12 or less and it LOOKS great! but it falls apart if i try and touch it. but its ok cause i just display her in my shelf. but still, the worst thing is when one part falls off, so u go to put it back on but as you're fixing it even more parts fall off and yeah.. it's quite an ordeal and i hate it XD
I bought a fake Tracer the other day, the good thing is that I had a real Zero Suit Samus, who came with an extra head, and turns out that head looks great on Tracer's body. And I guess I was lucky, because it isn't falling apart.
I ordered a figma a couple days ago from an online shop and I'm not sure if it's fake or not because it says figma on the stand but it's loose and the paint job is a little bad. The figma I got was Racing Miku 2015 btw
@@TuxxToys The stand is fine just a little loose. It also comes with a manual but I got the figma for a low price and not the actual price so I'm not too sure whether it's bootleg or not.
quick question about this topic, are figma, even old ones, constantly produced or are they under limited production? I ask since there's an old figma I want but it's been pretty long since it was released.
Okay, I was on Amazon Prime and I searched up Kirito Figma and instead of the original company under the title it said Master Toys, is that a fake or is that the company that makes figma that's just a side name
I was browsing Amazon when I saw there was a figure of Ryuko Matoi. It's an action figure with numerous points of articulation and it's basically the same size as my Marvel figures so I decide to go for it. My excitement builds as extract it from the packaging and... it breaks in multiple places. "What the hell?!" I wonder to myself. I thought things were supposed to be outstanding in Japan. I've only just recently found out bootlegs are a thing and I feel a little foolish but in all honesty it was a cool looking toy all the same. I just wish it didn't fall apart.
the only main downside of fake figmas is that they might break. and that's it. I'm not bothered with the small details. and no I'm not gonna pay alot of money for a fucking figure. sorry. I buy bootlegs and I'm fine with it.
I legit just purchased a 17 dollar kirito figure I'm freaking out I hope it's not a fake but most likely to be a fake but I hope it does not break easily or it's loose
thank you. I recently went to comic con and bought sinon for a cheap price but when I got home and opened it I encountered multiple problems. I was wondering if it was fake and you vid really helped me. the same happened to me a last year as well.
haha I so wish every ebay seller was honest enough to put "sold in china" as a little warning flag but not all do. Good callout though. If they made it too easy to tell fakes on ebay I wonder if ebay has some policy about not selling counterfeit fake items?
Yeah, I also wonder. Back in the day, those bootlegs would never say anything in the description, but now (at least if it is a china seller) it almost always says "China version" so I think they must have started getting in trouble from selling bootlegs and being reported. By having it say "China version" if someone ignorantly orders it, they can't complain for a refund, I think. @@TuxxToys
I got one fig (Kyo from KoF) that has a seal on the top but not the bottom. The stand says Figma, and the figure is solid. Is it possible for one seal to be missed at the factory level?
Tuxx Toys thanks for the reply! That fig and and Iori Yagami are my first foray into Figma, and I love them. Now I’m after the four Virtua Fighter figures, and my holy grails are the two Yakuza releases. Those are just going to take a lot of saving-up
Hello, I was browsing at amazon some figures, both figmas and normal pvc statues and my question is that if I order from any of the amazon affiliates I could be getting a bootleg instead of the legit? Thanks beforehand
Parts falling of are easily fixed..no need for glue...you just have to know how to fix it ;-) Personally i don't mind fakes..that means i can have many more of them really cheap...but as i said..you have to know how to fix the problems..some kan be fixed with a special tape you fix bolts and screws with..very cheap..some can be fixed with small magnets..which i found very handy in some cases..and so on :-)
Is my Haruhi Suzumiya figma authentic or a bootleg? I am asking because the ebay seller says that it's from Japan despite it being $20. And yes, the box has a sticker on it.
For me it comes down to my budget. I really want to collect a bunch of them but I don't have the money to support the original. So I tend to buy bootlegs. Although, on certain occasions if I do have the money then I definitely buy authentic ones.
So I just bought a Persona5 joker figma (yeah I know 2years ago this video was made) and it was the price of a regular figma. Would people still sell fakes for the normal price
I hear that (I sound like Chris Griffin) on my Tuxx Reviews channel. I really dont hear it but dont take offense to it. I think peoples voice sounds different to them. I will watch some family guy and see. hehe!
Wound up with a fake Asuna from a Comic Con. The only problem is the hair doesn't stick in place very well, so falls out if it's knocked. Otherwise, it has the same effect. Guess the age old adage is true though... If the price is too good to be true...
Tbh, I've been tempted to do the same already! Just pick whichever face is the best and stick with it (for me at least anyway as it's the fringe part that falls out). I kinda figured it was fake when I noticed that in addition to this, the base doesn't actually sit flat on the table.
I pick diffrent stuff all the time and I do give doubles away so at some point I may add a figma in. I try to look at what videos go over the best and pick some stuff from that. so if figmas get allot of views theres even more chance I will make a figma giveaway. Also I have been know to just toss in a random item or two depending on what I have allot of and the winners interests. If a have a figma fan win, someone whos always commenting on figmas the odds may be increased. I guess what I'm trying to say is YES, its very possible I will giveaway a figma prize (or prizes) in the future. hehe - sorry so long.
Very helpful thanks bro! Kinda nervous for my first Figma I bought an Attack On Titan: 213 Levi, got it off of ebay hasn't come in yet and the guy only had 1 and wasn't selling multiple of the same thing either. I payed $69 hopefully its legit.
For $69 thats about right, odds are your fine. Happy this video helped - let me know if its real, it should be pretty obvious when you have it in hand! Fingers crossed for you!
I'm not gonna open it is the only problem tho lolol! But i have been talking to the seller he assures its %100 real and that i'm gonna love it, I think its real due to the fact that it has a Funimation sticker on the front next to the 213 or at least i thinks its a sticker regardless it says Funimation. I will let you know forsure! If i need any help mind if i shoot you a message when it gets here?
Thanks for checking the channel out :D I've been a K-on! fan from the start. Besides various K-on! figma videos here I have some of my earliest K-on! figure videos on my "tuxx reviews" channel too. Thanks Again! :D
I don't know because I haven't received it yet but when I do I guess I find out. I just hope it's a real on me because this guy looked like he was having a lot of trouble with the fake one. Fingers crossed.
Oh I should make a video on this. I was burned by a seller no sending a figma (prob fake figma) back in July. I kind of forgot about it until it was past the paypal protection period.
@@TuxxToys same thing is probably happening to me right now. Guy claims he will send the figma but hasnt even sent it yet 2 weeks after the auction has ended
Its really hard on ebay to tell. I read comments from others and look at there rating, that can be a clue. You can send a ebay message and ask them straight up if its real and see if they respond. Pay pal may be able to help you if you get burned on ebay.
phoebe De Monte Falcon make sure that their is a return policy on a figure from eBay and just I case check feedback butt typical if they are in the $45 to $100 range aren't fake
Thanks for responding! I have my own amazon store but we saw really these figures but noticed how they were really cheap and from this video realized it wasn't worth it to sell! Thanks again
I bid and won a set of figmas for 40 dollars that comes with Asuna from SAO 178 and Kirito GGO 248 and from the reviews it doesnt look like he has sold any before and has 100% feedback out 88 reviews. The only issue is i was suppose to received them on the 24th of October but hasnt even sent them yet. Filled a claim with ebay as the last time i messaged him he said he would send it the next day but didnt. Afraid he might be trying to pull a fast one because as soon as i filled the report he asked me not to worry as he will send it for sure. Hoping he isnt trying to swap them out since he didn't get alot for them and give me fake ones instead
Not a big fan for fake figmas cause of the limbs that can easily break off and certain parts that are nimble can break off easily... So I usually go for the originals even though I can barely afford them cause I'm just too lazy to buy another same bootleg model if I broke the first one rather than just straight up buy the original and lasts forever.
If I bought the original I would most likely not buy a fake on purpose unless for a video. I would prefer to buy originals if possible - support original artists and IP>
I bought a Figma on Amazon and it was 237!!! Turned out it was a bootleg. I was so frustrated. When I first opened it the leg came off. This was for Armin on attack on titan figure. :/
Why youtube recommend me this after 3 years?, Anyway I have many of bootleg because I don't have the money to pay real ones. For example: I have a Miku nendoroid bootleg and I think she looks very nice even if not a original nendoroid.
Ugh got 2 fake figmas, the paint jobs are shit, i have a real figma mikasa ackerman [fakes were gun gale online kirito and sinon]. Was disappointed, was my first ebay buy!! How can i find *real* figmas??
Also its not really true that they sell figmas at comic book shops and anime shops because i have been to multiple shops and they dont know or have figmas
Some do, but Im sure some dont as well. Midtown comics in NYC has a great display on the 2nd floor - soooo many new and old its crazy! It really depends on the shop. Some dont focus on Manga and allot of figmas are anime or manga related.
Not really unless the seller is really trying to take advantage of you. Bootlegs on ebay normally cost $20 but it wouldnt be unheard of for a gutsy scammer to list one at a higher price to get people to think "this has to be real". I would hope its real. I would check it out before you buy and if online I would ask them straight up "is this real or a fake"... see how they respond. I think pay pal may be able to help if scammed and they say its real. Let me know how it goes.
Tuxx Toys hey, there's this figma kirito figure I want on eBay for $16.99 and free shipping, it comes from China too, I wanted to know if it was a bootleg, btw he only has sold 11 and has 5 more, and if you want to check it out his site on eBay is focus2088, can u plz tell me if it's a bootleg or not
I recently ordered a figma from amazon. After i ordered, i went dowm the rabbit hole and did a lot of research i probably should have done before buying a 30$ figma wich is normally sold for 150 when its legit. Avoid all sellers from china, look closely at the picture gallery. Is it the same for multiple different sellers and websites? Is the price ridiculously low? Does the description not directly state that it is a legit figma? Of any of these signs seem off, dont buy it.
@@tj4y48 no worries I only buy my figures directly from amazon, never from a random seller and of course it was legit and I found other websites now and my collection has gotten bigger and bigger lol

fakes are allot of fun too IMO
HAHAHA, dude me to!

Purchased from ToyZany79 on eBay, if that means anything
the seal is normally on the top but its possible the factory messed up. If all else is good it was most likely just a odd error.
Tuxx Toys thanks for the reply! That fig and and Iori Yagami are my first foray into Figma, and I love them. Now I’m after the four Virtua Fighter figures, and my holy grails are the two Yakuza releases. Those are just going to take a lot of saving-up
A huge give away for an Atlus figma, or any Atlus product for that, it'll always have their 'Jack Frost' logo sticker on it if it's real that sais ©Atlus ©Sega. Always. Every time on any legit merch they do. That's how I avoided fakes when buying Persona 5 figures. Just a little tip to look out for. So if you know a company has a logo they repeatedly use, always look for them
Hello, I was browsing at amazon some figures, both figmas and normal pvc statues and my question is that if I order from any of the amazon affiliates I could be getting a bootleg instead of the legit? Thanks beforehand
I just ordered a fake figma but i'll be replacing the loose joints with better joints.
Parts falling of are easily fixed..no need for glue...you just have to know how to fix it ;-) Personally i don't mind fakes..that means i can have many more of them really cheap...but as i said..you have to know how to fix the problems..some kan be fixed with a special tape you fix bolts and screws with..very cheap..some can be fixed with small magnets..which i found very handy in some cases..and so on :-)
So when we get the figmas when can tell the difference? Can we tell the difference on camera though??
theres many clues but parts falling off is a big clue!
I love Sword Art Online!
Is my Haruhi Suzumiya figma authentic or a bootleg? I am asking because the ebay seller says that it's from Japan despite it being $20. And yes, the box has a sticker on it.
Where do you buy your figmas
Online stores and anime/comic shops. Ebay sells them but high risk of fakes.
For me it comes down to my budget. I really want to collect a bunch of them but I don't have the money to support the original. So I tend to buy bootlegs. Although, on certain occasions if I do have the money then I definitely buy authentic ones.
Well said! Its all about loving anime!
So I just bought a Persona5 joker figma (yeah I know 2years ago this video was made) and it was the price of a regular figma. Would people still sell fakes for the normal price
People do sell fakes as real ones. The stand is a clue as is loose arms, legs and other parts.
Do you think if I buy a £22 fake figma it will be fine or just REALLY bad or reasonable
What about SH Figuarts. They made Ichigo and ZeroTwo.
Thanks for the video!
By the way, you sound exactly like Chris Griffin (not a bad thing, he's a cool character.)
I hear that (I sound like Chris Griffin) on my Tuxx Reviews channel. I really dont hear it but dont take offense to it. I think peoples voice sounds different to them. I will watch some family guy and see. hehe!
Tuxx Toys Haha, good that you didn't take offense. I didn't mean to be rude.
Wound up with a fake Asuna from a Comic Con. The only problem is the hair doesn't stick in place very well, so falls out if it's knocked. Otherwise, it has the same effect. Guess the age old adage is true though... If the price is too good to be true...
Yegh I have a fake like that too - looks like cancer victim Asuna! Tempted to super glue!
Tbh, I've been tempted to do the same already! Just pick whichever face is the best and stick with it (for me at least anyway as it's the fringe part that falls out).
I kinda figured it was fake when I noticed that in addition to this, the base doesn't actually sit flat on the table.
Grigeral I got a fake Kirito. I honestly was so upset, he can't even hold is swords correctly.
Hey Tuxx do you think you will be able to give those Figmas away because i only have one (link) i really love figmas
Im getting a Link figure. And its coming tomorrow! I got it off of Amazon, and its an amazon choice. Do you think its real or fake. Its 40.00$
The price along cant tell if its real of fake but if its too cheap that can be a warning flag to a fake. Let me know how it goes.
@@TuxxToys Oh thank you for replying, I got it! Its not fake its perfect, definitely worth the money! Thanks for replying once more! ^^
Where can I buy figma in the uk?
My Dragon ball Cell was dake and its really slippery and the joints are always not staying and has no ki blasts and a stand
So I found all the sword art online Figma on amazon for like $35, Do you think they are real?
SAO is a common fake so I would be careful
bootlegs also don't move their arms forward or back they just go up and down.
This is your first video that i see, but just with this yui from k-on i subscribed to you channel
Thanks for checking the channel out :D I've been a K-on! fan from the start. Besides various K-on! figma videos here I have some of my earliest K-on! figure videos on my "tuxx reviews" channel too. Thanks Again! :D
I bought one of Levi from AOT for $30 off eBay, the seller was only selling about 10 of them is it most likely to be a real or fake one?
Any figma on ebay is a risk but not 100% fake. Does the stand say figma? How are the joints on the arms and legs? Tight loose?
I don't know because I haven't received it yet but when I do I guess I find out. I just hope it's a real on me because this guy looked like he was having a lot of trouble with the fake one. Fingers crossed.
Fake I'd say
Can u review the bootleg kirito *Figma??*
Yes! I will try to make a update video on this soon!
Does big bad toy store have any fakes?
??
@@TuxxToys what?
I shop Figmas on Amazon! Is there fakes there too?
Amazon is safer than ebay for sure but possible.
I bot a Eren figure that was FAKE I was so happy to get it and then I saw how bad the joints are and how every thing looked bad
I nearly bought knock off attack on titan figures for $70
Does BigBadToyStore only sell Official Figma Figures?
Sorry Im not sure.
Doesnt matter if fake still so fun
I agree. What maters is enjoying what you have! Fakes can be fun for sure! ;D
The first thing you should ever do when purchasing a figma is check the company, if its max factory or good smile, it will be real.
Yegh checking manufactured factory is a must. Still could be fake be careful
Assbutt(TM) seller deleted his account as soon as I made the purchase. Is this the thanks I get for going out of my way to give someone my earnings?
Oh I should make a video on this. I was burned by a seller no sending a figma (prob fake figma) back in July. I kind of forgot about it until it was past the paypal protection period.
@@TuxxToys same thing is probably happening to me right now. Guy claims he will send the figma but hasnt even sent it yet 2 weeks after the auction has ended
and I'll give you a like because of your great information in this video thank you very much
Thank you! :D
It's to bad figma's aren't a little cheaper we would get more . So far we have 6 with 2 on the way .
Fake figmas can be fun but do have negatives too. I may make a updated video on this
I got a Hatsune Miku Figma and the stand said figma but she falls apart really easily idk if it's real or not
Are the part loose at all? Sometimes they may pack a real stand with a fake figma too.
I would always buy beyblades on eBay but I get fake ones because I never knew
I can understand that, I've purchased some fakes before too.
I really like the Persona series so I’m trying to make sure I don’t buy a crappy knock off one that breaks in a few weeks
How would you know in eBay if it's fake or not, I don't want to pay for something expensive and realize later that it's fake
Its really hard on ebay to tell. I read comments from others and look at there rating, that can be a clue. You can send a ebay message and ask them straight up if its real and see if they respond. Pay pal may be able to help you if you get burned on ebay.
phoebe De Monte Falcon make sure that their is a return policy on a figure from eBay and just I case check feedback butt typical if they are in the $45 to $100 range aren't fake
phoebe De Monte Falcon just don't buy off ebay
Where can I buy real Figma figures?
Anime shops are a safer bet but I would still look closely for signs of it being fake. Amazon is better than ebay (better odds than ebay).
does gearbest sell bootlegs?
I havent purchased from them sorry
Thanks for responding! I have my own amazon store but we saw really these figures but noticed how they were really cheap and from this video realized it wasn't worth it to sell! Thanks again
Enter me! What about Nendoroids? Do you have any of those?
what if the figmas are 16-30? are they still fake?
Sadly fake - yes! But still real cool. Not sure about numbers 16-30. I will look into this.
+Tuxx Toys 16-30$ i meant if the figma cost 16-30$ is it still fake?
Also ordered 3 more figures off goodsmileshop so i hope for how much they cost they arnt fakes.....jk i know i can trust them versus ebay
the most useful vid ever
Thanks so much!
I don't mind about getting a fakema. But if a fakema has same price tag of a legit figma then that's messed up 😤😰
4:20 what figma is that? Can someone toll me
Haruhi
OMG THANKS SO MUCH LOVE UR VIDS
Not a big fan for fake figmas cause of the limbs that can easily break off and certain parts that are nimble can break off easily... So I usually go for the originals even though I can barely afford them cause I'm just too lazy to buy another same bootleg model if I broke the first one rather than just straight up buy the original and lasts forever.
If I bought the original I would most likely not buy a fake on purpose unless for a video. I would prefer to buy originals if possible - support original artists and IP>
Me watching this with my fakema: Interesting.
I bought a Figma on Amazon and it was 237!!! Turned out it was a bootleg. I was so frustrated. When I first opened it the leg came off. This was for Armin on attack on titan figure. :/
Amazon should return or replace if you tell them it was fake!
Why youtube recommend me this after 3 years?, Anyway I have many of bootleg because I don't have the money to pay real ones.
For example: I have a Miku nendoroid bootleg and I think she looks very nice even if not a original nendoroid.
I just reordered because the website I ordered my kirito CANCELLED IT
Its a really fun unit. Keep trying :D
Thaks a lot man 😃😃
You're welcome
If it has the sand which bag is it fake?
generic - non stamped with art or trademarks are a HUGE warning flag of a fake but not 100% sure its fake from that alone.
I got a fake figma that says “figma” on the stand, so beware about that
Or amazon
What about amazon
Three words
OVERPRICED ACTION FIGURES
Ugh got 2 fake figmas, the paint jobs are shit, i have a real figma mikasa ackerman [fakes were gun gale online kirito and sinon]. Was disappointed, was my first ebay buy!! How can i find *real* figmas??
I find the fakes look ok but the parts dont want to stay together, arms falling off etc. Real anime shops or conventions are good for real ones
if its like 30$ is that fake?
rifdy :v no I have a rem figma that was 30$ and it’s real
Also its not really true that they sell figmas at comic book shops and anime shops because i have been to multiple shops and they dont know or have figmas
Some do, but Im sure some dont as well. Midtown comics in NYC has a great display on the 2nd floor - soooo many new and old its crazy! It really depends on the shop. Some dont focus on Manga and allot of figmas are anime or manga related.
true i been there once but i cant always go there because i live in Florida
Memester gamer plenty of them do- and some don't.
who's the one with the camera
Kyon
Hi I am looking to buy a real figma do you have any website that i might find a real one
Most online anime stores or even Amazon is a safer bet. Ebay and cons are very risky
you should have a sigma giveaway
I mean figma
I may - stay tunned! :D
Cool cause I love figmas
I bought a Figma Link Off EBay Which was Authentic and I was glad..
Is it common to get a bootleg that costs more than 100 dollars?
Not really unless the seller is really trying to take advantage of you. Bootlegs on ebay normally cost $20 but it wouldnt be unheard of for a gutsy scammer to list one at a higher price to get people to think "this has to be real". I would hope its real. I would check it out before you buy and if online I would ask them straight up "is this real or a fake"... see how they respond. I think pay pal may be able to help if scammed and they say its real. Let me know how it goes.
Nice Stuff Man To Many Figma
Oh I have many more - just showing a few examples.
+Tuxx Toys That's Awesome Man I Love it
could you plz tell me the link to the real ones?
www.figma.jp/en/figma/
Getting figma red luckily it's real because I'm getting it from the pokemon center
Yes ones at Pokemon Center should be real
I yearn for a Little Armory Figma in Crye Pants...
My Levi Figma Was a Fake it's 3DMG gear fell apart and the pegs for the hands where broken easily
Yegh fake figures are easy on the bank account but dont hold up well.
Tuxx Toys kk Thx
***** cool! :D
Tuxx Toys hey, there's this figma kirito figure I want on eBay for $16.99 and free shipping, it comes from China too, I wanted to know if it was a bootleg, btw he only has sold 11 and has 5 more, and if you want to check it out his site on eBay is focus2088, can u plz tell me if it's a bootleg or not
And if so, can u give me another place to get one that's not a bootleg
I ordered my figma from Amazon today, hopefully it's the original since it's being sold by Amazon
Amazon is a good place to buy original anime things?
@@Banettegirl probably not. There are at least as many bootleg offers as real figures being sold there.
I brought a fake and when I went to open it, the arm fell off...
Yegh fake ones are not made as good but still can be fun when on a budget :D
ok now im scared i wantwd to buy rem from re zero that cost 88 but the shop seems suspicious so i scared that i got scam:,(
If $88 is unlikely to be a scam, does the base say figma?
Tuxx Toys not yet i wanted to buy soon but i only get a pic of the figma unopened
