@@marilynhendry2061 you must not have a soul to blame the dead girl
It all started with liquid emotion
What a monster , poor Nicole and her kids
So… she left her first husband because she wasn’t satisfied with him? So she got bored and ruined a life?
Several lives, in total. Yep.
Many such cases.
Doug is a slim ball, but not a murder
If someone has this many run ins with the law and violates his parole by moving to another state raises a lot of red flags.
I just feel so sorry for her children. To lose their mom like that😢
I could tell from the beginning that it was not the boyfriend and when I watch the real killer on the stand I knew that he was the actual killer.
I was the babysitter - this day lives forever in my mind - we understand that George violently did this, but from my conversations with him that night and the next day, I know the boyfriend isn’t innocent either. When on trial I was not allowed to speak about the boyfriend at all. So a bit of information has been left out.
Why do these young people hop around making one family after another these days, like it's nothing?. Don't men know about vasectomies anymore???
Don't women control their wombs?
The bad choices both Doug and Nicole made that night led to an encounter with a monster. The murderer is fully guilty, but perhaps people need to grow up from partying before they have a child together. Neither had control of their drinking, which ultimately sealed their future that night.
She, in particular, had unresolved emotional issues that came up with the use of alcohol. This type of person should not be drinking, especially in public.
Remember, part of a man's protection, is following his direction. However, these days it's considered abusive. All he could do was beg her.
All I see in this kind of stories is a bunch of people carelessly having children. The children are the ones who have to live with such memories, with that blood in their veins.
Right? I've noticed that, too!
The children are too young. They arent going to remember anything in this case since they were infants 👶🏻
@@lionedheart Whether they remember or not, it's going to be rough on them growing up under these circumstances.
@@mojorino1168 Agree with you. It will be rough.
However the original post is about them “living with the memories” what memories exactly are we talking about when the infant is 6 months old?
@@lionedheartthe older two were 10 and 9 at the time. They will always remember that a very bad man killed their mom, and they will never get over that.
From the first call to police his voice says it all!
Wow.... didnt expect this go were it did... thank goodness the boyfriend wasnt found guilty...
He was a slimeball .
@2msvalkyrie529 and she was a worthless mom...putting men over her kids..
If he was so broke that he couldn’t pay a $100/week rent, how does the family got $269,000 from him. It didn’t sound like he had any assets. That’s confusing.
If he writes a book about the murder he won't profit from the proceeds.
Goes to show how many people were wrongly jailed
Ignore your friends offer to help, leave your boyfriend at the bar and your 3 kids at home, go to drink / flirt with a stranger to get back at your boyfriend then get into his car only to get assaulted and killed. This lady wasn't very smart, was she?
Nice victim blaming, loser. You’re not too intelligent and educated are you? No. No you’re not. (Oh and that was a rhetorical question by the way, I know you’ll have to look up what rhetorical means.) 😂
Why not blame the monster who did this?!?! You don’t like woman and mothers do you?
I guess she was used to always doing as she pleased, some pretty privilege there
well she is a teacher....80% possible democrat...not known to have brain cells to rub together
Terrible case but yikes , she broke up her family because she was bored ? Smh..Douggy boy had no intention of marrying her but guess the emotional drama filled rollercoaster was more appealing than boring stability..even with kids in tow
yup she basically got herself killed
That’s what I say. She practically had everything: husband, children, and a career.
@MP-nj1qy. Sounds like a nightmare brought on by nonthinking adults who don't know each other and can't find a condom
Pregnant after only one month after meeting him... and moved in with him after this short time with her children.....then the story with this guy who murderrd her.....she seems to had made one bad decision after a baf decision after a bad decicion!!!
Anyway R.IP.
That poor, foolish woman. She put a giant target on her back without even realizing it. If only the friend dragged her away instead of relenting when she threw a drunken temper tantrum.
The bystanders would have tackled him for stopping her from leaving. She was throwing herself on the ground and screaming and people noticed, so he backed off. He continued to talk to her, but she walked off and ignored him. 🤦♀️
An innocent victim had to be killed for him to go to jail for life. He should have been behind bars long time ago.
maybe don't yell out into the night, "you're a babe in the woods"
😂 I don’t know how he said that without laughing.
The really disgusting thing is there's some women out there that will be his pen pal and fall in love with the guy.
Very upsetting story. A woman goes out for some fun with her friends. It ends with chaos and she never came home again.
Yikes. This is where I live and I've been to this bar lots of times. Idk how I haven't heard of this case!! This poor woman. :(
Brittany be careful! Green Bay has a seedy underbelly and law enforcement is as corrupt as anywhere in the US.
Protect yourself girl!
Such a sad situation. This really highlights how important it is to look out for our loved ones when they seem stressed or in difficult relationships. Do you think there were any warning signs leading up to this?
Imagine cheating on your boyfriend and ending up unalived 😬
Imagine your boyfriend leaving you at a concert and not answering your phone calls after you just had his child 🤡
@jcatmeow0902 Well...Dude was tired of chick throwing tantrums....it's just something about blondes and redheads don't know why but they're always cray cray. I avoid them no matter what.
@@jcatmeow0902 Try being unbiased..."Nicole divorced her first husband because she wanted more in life."
Doug got saved when this manipulative lady went bye bye.
@@attorneyscottmiller1429 yeah it sounds like you’re really unbiased 😂
@@jcatmeow0902 I just used a literal quote from the mother of Nicole...you on the other hand made up Doug leaving her at a concert.
She went in a car with close friends to another bar and Doug stayed behind. It is not his fault she couldn't control herself, she was a grown woman with kids at the end of the day.
Alcohol consumption
I drink, sometimes get a little merry. I never put myself in dangerous situations.
Is legal
@ never knew.
@@cortney3798 its only legal, because a large number of people can't stay away from it.
@@spiroclimb2523it's legal because it's profitable
Well Doug got out of that relationship just like he wanted
Should jave never gotten into ne with her sfter she got pregnant not even knowing him a few weeks...All sje wanted was fun in her life. So why have kids then??
All I feel sorry for are the little kids keft behind.
Single mothers, unless widowed, are red flags.
@@fredajordan5704 This lady was 100% a user and manipulative towards men...she thought she could use her magic to get a free ride and it backfired. drunk or not
what I think is that these people need to quit drinking so much if they can't behave when they do
Yeah seems she got angry/upset and they got into fights each time they drank. Probably time to stop at that point.
So very very sad🙏✌️
The crime happened right in her neighborhood. So much for these suburban neighborhood watch. Poor Nicole RIP so sad
What a rat!! . Looking around the courtroom to see how his story is doing.
Love The Decoder. Great work TD 👏👏👏👏
I didn’t like the boyfriend. Don’t make him a killer, though.
Based on his reaction she acted like that (a train wreck) often.
As soon as I notice any of my girlfriends acting “drunk” I stop drinking. We watch each other like hawks, come together, leave together. But having a 2 drink minimum is always the safest bet.. along side staying home.
Dude can't pay $100 a week.....with a job!??
Another old episode! And another man that almost went away for life who was innocent. Its so sad so many people locked up and even on deathrow that are innocent!
Doug gotta stop drinking.
Bars and alcohol! One of societies greatest messes!
This is where alcohol takes you.
First 30 minutes trying to accuse and convict the husband. If not for OVERWHELMING evidence it wasn't him, they were gonna put him on trial. Lazy and obnoxious justice system.
Postpartum depression after childbirth Happens. My mom had it she tried to kill me and my dad. She had electroshock therapy I was under the care of "Tin Tin" who was my mom's family Irish Nursemaid who help raise my mom and her 3 sisters.
I think she had postpartum disturbance/depression.
"This guy was so crazy and just killed his wife, so like any reasonable person would, I kept completely silent and told no one"
Why would you not be concerned about your wife until the next afternoon.
Because they had been arguing
Did you see how she was acting I’d be the same way
If he would of left town the husband would be sitting in prison
DNA cleared Doug thanks to the neighbors' investigation.
Doug reminds me of Scott Peterson. Ladies, stay out of the bars! and if you go, never ever leave alone!
I remember this case! It wasn’t the boyfriend
