@@Abdullah.Muhammad You don't even know who these people are or where they were stationed 🤣 I think your brain cells committed seppuku in your head. I don't blame them.
@@Abdullah.Muhammadshut up. they’re coming home from defending their country. not all military officers are good but most are good people who willingly signed up even though they could lose their life.
I surprised my mother a couple of times while I was in the military. It's important to remember that different from many other countries (Korea specifically in this example) we volunteer and are RARELY living anywhere near where we can visit our families. Also, when we are deployed it is overseas for months if not years. I only went on one deployment, and it was from march to end of November. Other than that I only lived in the same state as my family for about a year and a half out of my 10 years in. Otherwise I was anywhere from a 7 hour drive to a 7 hour flight away (and that was all me being stationed in the continental US). I think a more relatable example is if you have a family member living abroad that you barely see that came and surprised you out of nowhere and that you feared for their safety.
The families and the returning soldier are the best. Sadly, our government doesn't give a dang about our military once they are out of the service. Our veterans who need medical (physical and mental) are given the run around. Those doctors and nurses become desensitized to them because their hands are tied (for the most part) as to what they can do.
I can't help but cry with these videos. Literally, neither of my parents was gone for military reasons, but my mom is still overseas and anytime I see a homecoming, I think of my own mother, or my own dad back when I lived with my mom.
doesnt hoseung work for awesome world??? i thought it was the awesome world channel then realised it was a different channel when they were saying the outro
I remember when my father came home from Saudi Arabia with a broken back. I was a very young child back then, not even 6. Thankfully he was medically discharged
My dad had to go to Vietnam afagnastan and Korea when I was a baby and I don’t properly meet him until I was 4 and wast entirely comfortable with him until I was 6

I highly respect our soldiers so first off I just want to say I'm not disrespecting saying this out of curiosity. What's the point of getting a girlfriend or getting a family kids and then go in the military where you could die? I have never in my life understood that. I feel like it's better to go into the army single it's like I love you hun but I'm going to go off and possibly die
I'm guessing it's just something that happens. I don't think it's that calculated. I mean I agree, part of serving your country is giving up those things, but hey if you can find a partner willing to make those commitments to you and are willing to wait, more power to them. That's why I think the family members need to be praised and respected as well. A lot of these are mothers raising their kids alone in constant fear. It's commendable that they are remaining faithful and waiting instead of doing the easy thing, which like you said would be to agree to call it off and move on. There is beauty in sacrifice. If your husband wants to fight, I think supporting him is a kind thing. That is the point of a marriage after all.
@@kimson305 yes they do That's a fact that the world know are you living under a rock or something? Any country entered by the American army, children and unarmed men are killed, women are raped, and the country's sources of oil and gold mines are stolen. This happened in Iraq, Syria, Libya, and any country entered by the American army
Even in the case of murderers, there is intrinsic beauty in family and being reunited with your family, regardless of how immoral or unethical they may have been. Nobody is sinless. Not saying it's okay, but just saying it doesn't make these reunions any less beautiful - we can all relate on a smaller level, and that's why it's emotional, it's part of the human experience. Hearing the story of even Hitler mourning for his mother still makes me emotional. I have love for everyone. If we can dismiss beauty and people because of something they are doing, well, personally, I do not think I am God or equipped to make that sort of judgment. You can be critical of western governments and still see the value in family. Even you have a mother and a father that I'm sure you love deeply.
Thank you for your service
I love watching these videos 😭 I also binge pregnancy reaction videos. Those are also very heartwarming!
Yeah, great videos they are homecoming after murdering some Syrian or Iraqi children, how emotional indeed 😐

My dad did this to me once. It's still one of my favorite memories of my childhood. He showed up in fatigues and everything.❤

It looks like they've given up on their Korean regulars. It's really too bad, but I'm glad to see Hoseung again here.

😩👍
yeh I used to get emotional and cry when I was younger but not after I got to know where they are coming back from
Do brothers and sisters not have a good relationship in Korea? I'm confused by 6:03?
Showing affection towards a sibling especially if it's opposite sex is a bit awkward so maybe that's why🤣
