I stopped my chest from sweating by saving the water I drank during an exercise until the end of the exercise. I did HIIT on a treadmill and tricked my body into loosing weight. Yes, same here. When I eat spicy or hot food, immediately will get sweat from scalp so much and literally drops falls from the head.

That might be a thyroid issue it's the hormone that regulates your body temperature
