Simple ways to minimize exposure to Microplastics.

- Every day in the news were seeing new studies which reveal our unprecedented exposure to micro plastics. One that he found micro plastics in human testicles. Another study found that we ingest a credit cards or the plastic a week. And yet another found bits of plastics in human arterial plaque.  we can only speculate the negative impacts. This is having on our health - from fertility to obesity to possible increase in cancer risk. Here are some simple strategies to minimize exposure to microplastics!

@@alexdavis1541Original polyester wasn't from recycled plastic. New textiles are now being produced faster because billions plastic bottles and jugs are now being made into threadlike materials.
@@pyrosquid3653 I know. But it is a man made polymer from the same fossil sources.
My point is that we have been putting clothes on made of this stuff for a long time, potentially poisoning ourselves as well as the environment.
There is no sign of it stopping either.
Even if you buy clothing made of natural material man made polymers are often included in the thread, stitching, labels, elastic, buttons and fastenings, packaging and whatever else.
Stop using plastic utensils!!!!!!

😄❤1:42 the foreplay is over. If you must drink bottled water go for glass like Mountain Valley. Also replace your air filter once per month instead of 3-6 months can't put a price on clean air. Don't go cheap use a merv 12+. Flush your water heater of all sediments every 6 months to 1 year "multiple 3-5 second full blast water flushes after it's bone dry" replace your water anode if needed.

yeah, I guess I’m pointed out as a Republican, but there was also the Ice Age and was at global warming or something to the environment.... but I am scared because when I see what they put in food as ingredients, what is that doing to environment so I’m all for the environment.... first we have to start with what we put in our body and you are right so call out the big boys that’s sit on the boards of these and the lobbyist that go down to Washington.... so they can keep putting all in our food walk into the store only on the outside. Is there healthy stuff in the middle aisles is processed ....

I'm working out and eating intelligently. Months now to reduce fat, BUT I have always (all of my life as a touring dancer even) had a patch of fat over my abs. Always. I'm looking at laser lipo (the non invasive, heating pads type) in addition to healthy lifestyle. Do have any opinion on it?

Because the new Project 2025 is a collaboration from republicans a 900+ page manifesto backed by oil companies that has a plan to slash most funding for the EPA which protects us from plastic waste.
Also the republicans and past president cut funding from the EPA and hinder the progress of clean energy and safer healthier environments for the future generations.
