The majority of adc would tilt just for the fact that they'll be 1v2 most of the time, like you literally have to baby sit them in laning phase. I love it when an adc can 1v2 and just farm while letting support roam and do their thing.
it depends on the matchup, milio can't really force engage or dive draven. if enemy support was a leona or nautilus or something draven would be dove 24/7 and probably tilted. pinkward took great advantage of enemy support being enchanter, very wp
