😂 Thanks for reacting. By the way. It's Ohigan week (the equinoctial week) in Japan right now. So today I'd like to introduce you to a little about Ohigan. Ohigan is held a traditional week seasonal event in Japan each spring and autumn. During Ohigan, families visit the graves of their ancestors. It was believed that if people prayed to their ancestors during this time, they would be able to go to Pure Land of Perfect Bliss, so the custom of visiting graves during the week of Ohigan was born and remains today. Also, seasonal flowers, fruits, and ohagi (Mochirice balls coated with sweetened red beans) are prepared as offerings during Ohigan. In Japan, there is a proverb that says, "The heat and cold last until the Higan," and now, we are heading towards full autumn. Also, Autumn is a season of blessed weather and the most delicious food. Also, the leaves too begin to change color. (The leaves are already at their best Mount Taisetsuzan area in Hokkaidoh) The leaves on Mount Takao in Hachioji, next to Hino City (this anime's set) will be at their best in mid-November. By the way, Sent-kun is the official mascot of Nara Prefecture, that is mysterious popular for not being cute.
As always thank you so much for sharing! Ohigan sounds so beautiful! Autumn sounds like such a gorgeous and fun season. A lot going on! Sent-kun I a real thing!!? That’s amazing!!
@@DipDownAnime Thanks reply. By the way, the "Higanbana" (Higan-flower : Red Spider Lily) that appears in "Demon Slayer" was named "Higanbana" because it blooms all at once during this season. Also, "Higan" means "the world of the dead", and Japanese Higanbana do not produce seeds, and the underground bulbs are poisonous and can even kill you if eaten. Also they often bloom in graveyards, so another name, they are called as "Dead peason Flowers". But, in Japan, they have been used as herbal medicine since old times, and people have known how to eat them, so they are sometimes eaten.
17:51 “She (Koshitan) truly is the embodiment of the viewer of the show.” Yes, and every episode she and we get bodied by Nokotan’s ridiculousness. 😂
Yes! I truly love the dynamic between them! Nokotan is always pulling something crazy!
