Amber has chosen who she wants to work with on everything she's done for this album, she's made the videos how she wanted them to be made, included who she's wanted to include, and sung what she's wanted to sing. This literally has nothing to do with SM except maybe promotions/marketing and stuff. This is why I'm proud of Amber, because she's really doing this solo thing right by being so independent and inclined in her own music.

I feel like am has given her this channel and more creative freedom at the cost of it not being promoted. They probably don't want to spend money on it and plus, these songs have been in English which wouldn't be promoted in Korea anyways. I feel like they did this just to appease her so they wouldn't have to deal with her nagging to make her own music...kind of stinks but at least we get to enjoy ambers talent and true artistic self.

This is a perfect direction for you, Amber. These videos have a 1980s feel to them meaning they are AUTHENTIC from the artist's true vision, not manfactured by a bunch of suits who have no feel for the music or your audience.
Van Halen's Jump video was done with a couple cameras and cost $600, it changed everything. Early rap videos way back didn't cost money and they had simple locations but they were REAL, like this. Just you and your friends - it's brilliant.
