For anyone confused I'm pretty sure that the games are the wrong way around. That is, Dan is the person on the right, but the game above him is Rad's, and vice versa. Edit: The games switch to the correct way around at 08:45
I think it's prudent to shout out to retromation for creating the idea of the rainbow run and this is what he intended rainbow chest only no other chests allowed they made it a bit easier when it was added to the game outside of mods

Cool I was going to comment that I hoped it got fixed because they kept referencing stuff appearing on the screen labeled Rad as Dan doing stuff

Yep! They had it swapped until then and fixed it.
I started playing turbo mode and rainbow mode as a curiosity and still can't go back to playing the regular mode
