I agree to a point, by the end I feel Chip put out the larger and more diverse tracks but a couple of Bugzy's were killer tracks too. All in all Bugzy actually won simply because he went from rags to riches, literally. Chip may have won the rap battle but Bugzy won the war. In 7 years this guy went from the trenches to living in a Mansion, owning his own record label and clothing line. Currently the most economically successful M.C. in the U.K. which for a guy who was locked up as a young offender is pretty damn impressive. I rate them both to be honest and at that time Chip was defo moving a bit sideways but today I rate them both highly but they move in different lanes.
