if u join a server not in the same time that the weather is rolled you dont get the luck bonus, thats why in the first made in heaven u got bad things.
one quick tip as far as i know like if you join into a server that already has made in heaven going on in it you wont get the 7x luck. and i see youre using the sacred heart and sakura combo that i told you xd
