This video could NOT have come at a better time! I recently found your DIY N-Pixel Lightsaber install and am currently planning on doing one with an empty Ezra saber from Korbanth. Then the RUclips algorithm started throwing master chassis videos my way and I was JUST HOPING you would do a video on them!
Good luck! I highly recommend heading over to ShadowFoilProps website if you haven’t already, he’s got chassis DIY kits for a lot of the Korbanth sabers since they work together a lot. Plus you can get the chassis in nylon!
Start small and work your way up! You’ll get there one day 👍 Or you can be one of the crazy guys who just goes straight for the hardest build as your first, but I definitely don’t recommend that hahaha
Love the graflex! Vintage/replica can be a bit tricky with setting up the blade holder and buttons but it’s so worth it. I still have yet to make a neopixel graflex for myself, only tri-cree back when neopixel didn’t exist, but it’s in the works! You’re gonna love yours, the graflex is a special saber 😁
@@averycastillo yeah I love it . But the screw of the switch under the bunny ears do not fit (the hole is too big) can I put solder on the screw to fix it?
This is a very good build video of Rey's scavenger saber. I love how thoroughly you demonstrated the build process, and the footage is very clean. Very inspiring. I started following your channel when I saw the first video of Rey's saber. I wanted to start building my own recently; however, KR Sabers discontinued the hilt for this saber and they don't have any plans for future production. I hope I can build my own master chassis one day.

That video will include every part of the build and I think it’ll be a bit more involved. Oh man, I had no idea he discontinued it… that’s really good to know. I recently used the hilt from this video for someone else’s Rey MC I made, but luckily I bought myself an empty unweathered one right before it sold out. Looks like I have to hold on to that!!
Dude I know hahaha 😂 I thought the same thing when I was editing it, and counted I think three blinks in the whole thing. Talking to camera is still super hard for me so I was trying to not screw up my words and have to do a ton of takes 😂
listen, as much as i hate the last 2 sequel movies, rey's saber has gotta be one of the most badass saber designs in star wars, i'm really hoping rey's character gets fixed somehow in the new order movie(s), she has so much potential..
The design really grew on me, I hated it at first but when this hilt with the working emitter mechanism came out I started to love it. Now It’s one of my favorites. Let’s just hope whatever they do with Rey down the line that it’s 1000x better than how they treated her in the sequels
I would love to do one of these. I’m currently building my first saber. I’m doing the desert wanderer and am using your video of your build for help. Does the master chassis kit come weathered Like it’s shown in the video? I’m not talking about the empty hilt but the pieces to build the chassis or did you have to do the weathering? Good luck! Hopefully the build goes well! The master chassis kit always comes clean/unweathered. It’s not too hard to weather it though, at least to get the look I’ve gotten on my own master chassis builds. I just rough up the surface with scotch brite and then use brass black. My next build vid will show off a bit of the weathering process, it’ll be on the Heart of Siberia Master Chassis. So maybe that’ll help? Sometime soon I’m actually going to be building the Desert Wanderer Master Chassis, I’ve had all the parts sitting around for a while. Not sure the build video will come out anytime soon though

Hi can I ask you how you wired the button to your kyber crystal light im planing to make a custom chassis with only a kyber crystal light accent for a txq obiwan episode 3 or tv saber
It’s a built in feature of the 9-axis CFX soundboard! It’s a magnetic sensor that only exists on the 9-axis version, not the 6-axis. You can set it up using the “magic” parameters, you can read about it in the CFX manual
