The Molinetto della Croda in Refrontolo in operation

The Molinetto della Croda is an ancient water mill located in the town of Refrontolo (Treviso, Italy), next to the creek Lierza and in the heart of the "hills of Prosecco".
The original structure dates back to 1600, with the foundations resting on the bare rock; the mill was decommissioned in 1953 but some years ago it has been faithfully restored to house a milling museum and various art exhibitions.
In the evening of 2 August 2014, the open space next to the Molinetto was the scene of a violent flooding of the Lierza that caused the death of four people and injured eight others.

Grazie Boss!Vedendo dal vivo questo mulino, ho pensato cosa avrebbe potuto significare per la valle dell'Astico e per San Pietro il restauro di (almeno) una segheria del secolo scorso...
La polenta si sposa col formaggio, a buon intenditor...Ciaooo

Le "e" sono strette come nella parola perché.
