    I am soooo sad, that I can´t eat cilantro (tastes like soap for me) :( I don´t even know how it tastes, but the green inside the taco makes it look already soooo much better! Haven´t found a good alternative yet that I feel, fits the taste of everything else (parsley doesn´t work in most cases I´ve tried)...

    • @agrillingbeerguy
      @agrillingbeerguy Год назад

      I'm not Rosanna, but of course you can substitute jalapeños for serranos. I think serranos taste almost the same as jalapeños but are just spicier. Cheers!

    How do I know how much meat for about 20 people??? 🤷

    • @agrillingbeerguy
      @agrillingbeerguy Год назад +1

      I'm not Rosanna, but I typically expect about 4 - 6 oz. of meat per person, so for 20 people, I think you're safe with anywhere between 5 - 7.5 lbs. of meat. Of course, it's safer and better to have too much food than not enough, so if it were me, I'd do more like 8+ lbs of meat, especially since some will eat even more than I mentioned above. Cheers!
