No. Just a different layout do to Security Breach being delayed and the Pizzaplex changing as Steel Wool kept adding to the location. Also Steel Wool wouldn't be communicating with the authors of Tales from the Pizzaplex as Steel Wool would be busy making a game.

I gotta agree that I'm disappointed that TFTPP doesn't have a lot of stories about the Pizzaplex but I still find them interesting and the lore hints they bring up

This whole story is heartbreaking. This maze reminds of both the daycare tubes and the mazercise area, both difficult in game and thus represented here in the story. Now with a horrific mini robot chasing you added. I don't know if Moon chasing you is worse, or if H.A.P.P.S. is
@Crimyboi And then there's being ripped through the tubed by Ballora. So it's either getting shredded by HAPPS, having Ballora dislocate all of your joints and possibly take an eye out, or whatever moon does to you.
I think the concept of H.A.P.P.S maybe even after he was retrieved from the abandoned part of the tube maze was definitely developed into the daycare attendant. The helpful, kind nature of H.A.P.P.S (sun) and the juxtaposition after he is broken and becomes menacing (moon) or the daycare attendant is running the mimic programme and is mimicking H.A.P.P.S
I think the Nora and Wyatt story in Happs is a parallel to the Follow Me minigames. Nora is Cassidy who wants revenge on William, or in Nora's case Wyatt. Wyatt is William being the one who is crashing into the other kids or killing them in Follow Me's case. And the kids Wyatt bullys are the MCI kids as it is repeated that the kids have trouble controlling the animatronics, and the kids Wyatt bullys have trouble controlling their cars. Meaning the Follow Me minigames take place or around the same time as another story that parallels Happs. I haven't finished the Tales From The Pizzaplex stories yet so if there is a story that does parallel Happs later on, I wouldn't know.
It’s funny because when I read haps I was instantly thinking of the Daycare with all the tubes and stuff I was instantly thinking of the Daycare the second I I read the story I was like I’m picturing the the superstar Daycare
Ok well like it's canon asin made by official stuff but like it's not in the main game continuity and saying that everythings a metaphor gets old and I feel really devalues the books from there own story
It is in the game continuity as the original tales from the Pizzaplex description as well as stories like Help Wanted, bobbiedots, the epilogues (especially), and an upcoming story blatantly tell us this; it is not a matter of debate

Happs is a classic FF villain/antagonist that felt scary. Happs has really interesting very obviously gay protagonists LMAO.
