Lovely content.. I enjoyed every second.. 🥰 One tip you don't have to peel broad beans, esp. when the pods are younger and the beans inside are smaller . The pods are edible and very delicious.. We love our Turkish '' Zeytinyağlı Bakla'' It is an olive oil dish Just saute diced onions with olive oil, be generous with olive oil. . Add the broad beans and some chopped dill. In a bowl add a spoon of flour !/2 cup of water mix well and half the juice of a lemon and salt. Cover and slowly simmer until they are done. Add fresh dill sizzle some more olive oil. We love to eat it with Turkish yogurt.
