Talk about a moment. Hawks killing Twice was a huge shift in the manga, and it’s really the starting point to what’s about to happen. It’s honestly such a chilling scene
RIP Twice, he really cared for his friends and was willing to go so far for them. I liked how, unlike the other seasons, Dabi actually showed emotion. They were just as explosive and fierce as his flames. This is only the beginning

Thanks for pointing this out. I’m honestly one of those people that skips intros and endings after watching them once (unless the song is just that good). I’ll have to go back and watch the ending to this one
I think the thing that makes it so sad is that a good portion of the League are just people who got pushed out of society. Spinner was pushed out for having a quirk that made him look different. Toga was pushed out because society thought her quirk was weird. And rather than help her, they thought it would be better not to look at her. Twice was someone who just had bad luck one day and life continued to kick him while he was down so he couldn't get back up. And Shigaraki was literally a lost kid who hundreds of adults decided to ignore when he needed help. Everyone rejected them. So they all accepted each other and became a family. This episode was rough.
I mean their wasn't much help they could have given toga considering her mental state was already warped by then. Same with shigaraki he was a killer even back then hence the "itch" he had.
“Sometimes good people do bad things” is how I’m sure Hawks and everyone else saw Twice because besides all the villain things, the league was pretty much his family. His story is really sad but I can’t blame Hawks because Twice on top of Shigaraki would be too much for the heroes.
Yeah you can tell Hawks really didn't want to kill him and really thought he could be rehabilitated, but he had no choice because of how overwhelming his quirk is.
Bones was in their bag in this episode. The music, the voice acting enhanced the story and it was already gripping in the manga. And it only gets more intense from here. This season is gonna be fire. We’re gonna be eatin good.

I haven't read the manga, but I heard Kotaro (Tenko's dad) came across as a much worse person. I wonder if people would be as forgiving for someone like Kotaro as they are for Twice. Twice's death was kinda sad but necessary. Personally, I think Twice deserved a bit better. I would've liked to see him contribute a little more before dying. I guess we're closer to the end of the series than I realised.
Deku being absent in the manga was paced really good. It's a war arc and sort wise Deku is supposed to play evac and rescue. The plot isn't happening why would he be randomly showing up lol. The manga did it better though, as Deku was absent for two months so u can feel the other character's get there shine. But don't you worry lmaooo. After episode 5 you're gonna get ALOT of Deku
I don't know how tf yall honestly thought twice would win against hawks their powers are completely in hawks favor since hawks wings don't do high damage and his clones can't take light damage and hawks wings are easily fast enough to stump anything he starts making.
Finally, the best characters of MHA starts to shine even more. Hawks is amazing. Endeavor and Hawks really shine starting since last arc and forwards. And man, I still do not care about twice even after seeing this animated lmao. I don't care about any of the villains.
Completely disagree, villains (which happen to contribute the most to the worldbuilding of the series here) are the best part of the show, twice is easily top 5 in terms of writing
@@leeleelee7878 im not interested in any of them. To me, Hawks and Endeavor are by far more interesting. I do not sympathize with any of the villains, just bcs they show a range of emotions and friendship to each other doesn't make me care for them.
@@jimjimcherie Don't have to be interested to acknowledge their narrative contribution and writing. To me I don't sympathize with endeavor and justify his actions either and yet I still consider him as a well written character. Just because hawks shows concerns deep down while carrying heavy burdens to fulfill his duty doesn't mean I have to care about him either but that's not the point. Plus without twice's dynamic and existence as a foil, hawks wouldn't be half as interesting as he is now, in fact he wouldn't even be in top 10 if I'm being extremely generous and yet he is for multiple reasons ofc with that being one of the most important among them
@@leeleelee7878 i never disagreed with you on those accounts, I said I do not care for them. I do not find them interesting and I do not sympathize. Twice's death was kinda sad but necessary. Personally, I think Twice deserved a bit better. I would've liked to see him contribute a little more before dying. I guess we're closer to the end of the series than I realised.
Deku will show up and it will be chaotic, manga readers will know what I’m talking about.
twice and toga are on the ending songs too
Crazy thing about it this just an appetizer🔥
Deku being absent in the manga was paced really good. It's a war arc and sort wise Deku is supposed to play evac and rescue. The plot isn't happening why would he be randomly showing up lol. The manga did it better though, as Deku was absent for two months so u can feel the other character's get there shine. But don't you worry lmaooo. After episode 5 you're gonna get ALOT of Deku
How’d this even turn into an argument😂
I don't know how tf yall honestly thought twice would win against hawks their powers are completely in hawks favor since hawks wings don't do high damage and his clones can't take light damage and hawks wings are easily fast enough to stump anything he starts making.
Finally, the best characters of MHA starts to shine even more. Hawks is amazing. Endeavor and Hawks really shine starting since last arc and forwards.
And man, I still do not care about twice even after seeing this animated lmao. I don't care about any of the villains.
Completely disagree, villains (which happen to contribute the most to the worldbuilding of the series here) are the best part of the show, twice is easily top 5 in terms of writing
twice>hawks ez
Without the villains there would be no MHA story, but while for example I find the villains from JJK, which is also a newish manga, extremely compelling, I do not find the same thing with MHA villains.
