This breed of canine has to be the most comical of all breeds. Make me laugh and giggle so much. I want one. I have 2 dogs now. The non shedding types. That is what scares me off about this breed is the shedding. Otherwise I know I would love to share our lives with one of these beauties. Absolutely love these videos! All I have to do if I'm feeling a little down is to watch the antics of a Husky!

How I miss my husky! I have had some other wonderful dogs as my present border collie but none as that pure white clown which gave me love and laughs for 16 years!

I had 2 Alaskan Malamutes. They were magnificent.
Arent they a tad less dramatic than Huskies? And a bit bigger?
I had three but not all at same time - God No.. first one Burt died mid-age weird disease FORTY years ago but then 2023 he appeared in one of my photographs taken at sundown of my nightstand. Hope he sleeps with me nightly not just that one night. And my last malaNOTmute Nadia Dear was a Beauty Queen pick of the litter and she reincarnated into my beautiful pastel white calico cat "HelloKitty" with a malamute mask like dark gray fur like, after 19 years - God drew her entire image across the sky with clouds day after she died

Off note to howling huskies....I was outside one morning very early putting out bird seed for the birds. It was rush hour and apparently there was an accident somewhere. I heard the sirens screaming to then hear the cyotes in the woods that back up to me home howling! What a beautiful sound! All I could do was stand there to be amazed! I know there are cyotes in those woods but have never seen any but to hear them all howling in unison? What a wonderful thing to hear! Then there was one lone dog in the neighborhood that started howling. What a difference in sound! I've tried to hear this again but hasn't happened. It was once in a lifetime, to me, something that happened! Animals are just so wonderful! Even those very vocal huskies! Gotta love them!

Huskies are the drama queens of the dog world.
As soon as I can nail down the furniture and get in shape for the outdoors, a Husky it will be.
To other dog owners, these videos are funny, to husky owners, this is Tuesday.
What I like about this channel is the animals are just "Doing". Other channels show clips where the owners are egging their pets on to be aggressive. Saw one, in a store, cat in the store runs out to attack a dog walking by on the sidewalk. Dog didn't even know the cat was there. Owner is filming the cat and laughing at the attack. Animals can pick up when you like what they are doing. They will do it some more. Owner has the camera ready. The owner would be the first one to call the cops if the dog protected himself.

Good stuff. Only downside is there's people who see things like this, think Huskies are "cute" and get one without knowing (or caring) what it is that they need. There's a reason shelters are filled with Huskies. Warm weather environments without room to run can't happen for them. They're different. And they think different. Not like other dogs. They're the BEST if you can give what they need. And you have a ton of patience.
Some of them are Malamuts. Haskies are medium size dogs. Hilarious though.

I live in Washington state. I was walking my dog one night, and I heard coyotes. They were running and they were in a pack. The more I listened, the closer they got. I grabbed my dog and ran up a hill at a 30° angle as fast as I could.

I hate when people put up vids of huskies and add malamutes into the mix. Like don't get me wrong these are all love bugs and I adore them but as an owner of an Alaskan malamute and a Siberian husky there is a clear difference between the two.
Are malamutes the one's that look like they have mask eyes.
@josephdelp87 they are bigger and more fluffy and look more like wolf. And they have way more muscles, most have lower tones to there howls, rarely do they do husky talk.
They are lovely dogs, if you like the fat, docile, slow, fluffy, cousin kind of thing, bigger, stronger, different from huskies in general,of course you do get exceptions
@markbetteridge313 they arnt really fat if you give them the exercise they need. I have owned two male and both have and are excessively active but they look fat because of there massive double coat. I do have to say I find it fun to gently pull the loose undercoat comming off. Lol
