Hello everyone!
Everything in todays video was destined for the dump or already there! I rescued it all and made it into pretty garden decor. I love transforming junk into something useful and i think I accomplished that today. Lots of fun trash to treasures

My favorite is the shovel, I just happen to have a broken one on hand.😊 I believe I will use "Garden Life" on mine. Also, I liked the teapot bird feeder so I might make that one too. Thanks for the inspiration❣

My fave is the toolbox turned garden tool holder. I have used a mailbox before but never thought about using a toolbox. Brilliant idea!

I really love the new life given to the super rusty items! Maybe they can't be refreshed into their original purpose, but now we can just enjoy their interest and beauty!

Deidre - your creativity astounds me! When you listed the items in project 1, I could not fathom what you could be making, but WOW! that birdhouse is amazing! Everything turned out wonderfully … my only complaint is that the video isn’t 10 hours long! Lol. I eagerly await your videos!

It's hard to choose but I'm gonna pick the tool box. It's a brilliant idea. Perfect for small tools or a great plant box. Would total fancy up a garage, rough shed or barn!!! I'm also diggin' on your simple teaching method. You are amazing!!!

I really like the repurposing of the rake end to use the spikes as hooks. Rakes are fairly common, and, as long as they're made of sturdy metals, a lot of difforent rake designs would work for this hook idea. It also works for a ton of different uses in various rooms of the house, preventing clutter, instead of potentially becoming one more thing to clutter surfaces.

Oh yeah one more thing. I love that bit of info about using Elmers glue to make a crackle paint look. What a nice little tidbit to know. Crackle paint is way more expensive than it should be. I actually bought one of those little small bottles of crackle paint & was not pleased with the result but I will try again with the Elmers glue version.

The bird house is my favorite. I took a old rake like yours that was painted red and made utensil holder for them. My utensils have harlequin decor on the handles and it came out great in my kitchen. I have to say your creative style and eye far exceeds mind. I just love seeing what you come up with next. You are becoming one of my most favorite people on u tube my friend. Hugs

I often use thrift store finds! So fun. I painted my old rickety ladder a gaudy color and placed bird seed trays on most of steps on it! Ahna

Those two are my favorites. I have the tool box and brackets to make that and most of the pieces for the bird house too. A trip to the thrift shop or maybe the shed and I'll be ready!

They are all such great ideas. I have used a rake head to hang aprons on in my kitchen. I have a shovel head laying around that just found its project, thanks to you!! The metal bracket with the rake is half of a hasp, the other half closes over this part and padlock goes through to lock a door. Thanks for the great ideas!!

Great idea using the old tool box for gardening tools. I’ve also seen an old mailbox used for a similar storage location. The plus to that idea is that it can be placed anywhere on its old post.

I really enjoy your creativity. Never know what to expect. My only criticism is about the teapot birdhouse. The size of the entrance hole should be specific to the type of bird you want to attract. A big hole like that makes it easy for predatory birds or animals to eat the eggs or hatchlings. Maybe using the teapot as a bird feeder would be better.

My favorite was the tool box. That’s a great idea to store small gardening tools. Or put on the wall of a workshop to hold tools. Love that idea
