Bhai, be extra careful with that infotainment system, my brother-in-law owns same variant and started facing infotainment system issues in 3 years (touch issues and freezing) and this doesn't come under insurance claim. Kia is asking for 40 to 45k for replacing the system. Just informing so that you are aware of this. This is about 8 inch screen not sure about 10 inch infotainment system.
Thats why its always advisable to not go for big screen variants, these are unreliable and start giving issues after 4 to 5 years. Variants with unnecessary features like electronic park brake, electronic seat adjustment, auto wiper, headlight etc should be avoided. They will definitely stop working after some point of time and car companies charge a bomb.
Yes 12 to 13 average in city driving , if u drive sensibly it will go up to 15-16 depending on traffic. I m achieving up to 16 in mix highway and city DCT variant eco mode, capture screen shot if u want.

Please remove the white sheet on the infotainment screen , many of people don’t remove it , it is ment to prevent scratches on the borders of switches
