- In this episode, the situation gets critical in the toughest place to drive in Namibia as we traveled to Kakangala Village through the Zambezi River floodplain (one of Africa's great wetlands). Find out why the Toyota Prado and Toyota Land Cruiser are good off-road vehicles! Special thanks to the family camera crew! Do not forget to comment down below and engage with everyone.

OMG...it is your GPa”s mind for me. He is a brainer and most definitely connected and he taps in to more than two physical eyes can provide:) your bond and how you are creating memories as you are giving them Toyalty of experience and respect is phenomenal:) I respect you on how you respect and honour them. This was a story telling movie simply job well done Cliff:) I enjoyed every second of you amazing production;)
Beautiful!

Lol he may talk but he never failed to make his family was safe by making sure the horn was blown all the way
It was fun and funny at the same time, it’s unfortunate I couldn’t put the whole content of our conversations, grandma is the funniest always making fun of grandpa, 😂
Ahhhhh man, I just love your Grandfather. I wish to take him on a 1500km trip.
His navigation is God level(nods) Your Grandpa. He's like people from aeons ago who can navigate the seas with the stars being their guide.
So much wisdom from Grandpa. The elderly are surely a blessing 🙌🏾
Love that and that's home for you who don't know who are to the ikaba area i meant Mbala families
Prado in crawl mode can get out of any situation, you just need to keep your eye on the engine temperature. These videos are just amazing!
I was very impressed with crawl control, it makes situations look easy at times. 2nd start is also very good but mostly for send. Thank you soo much for always coming by
This feels like am watching an African adventure movie
I am glad it felt like an Africa adventure movie, proudly Namibian. Thank you Annaliisa.
Ahh not Sukulu and the whole family on RUclips😭🙌🏽.....Love thiss🥺🤍

Kuchana great to see someone showing people where we come from #ivirivinz
Shangwee Bandanda, you know how we leave
So far best Namibian content I have seen In a long tym
Thanks brother Katwali, much appreciated. More still to come
It's crazy to me watching the amount of freedom you have over there, I couldn't imagine doing things like that here like you just know some point police will come and tell us to go, or some of the less melanated people there would look at us like we don't belong there till it gets to the point where it's not fun and we leave. You are living the life brother!
You cracked my ribs man. The police will come and say leave.😂 it’s like a joke but true and sad
You’re welcome in the motherland brother. Whenever
@@yctestdrive Thanks brother that is the plan, can foreigners buy homes in Namibia?

Yoooo, what was fascinating was the tricks that you've used to get the machine out of the sand👏👏👏, Grand Pa is dramatic, and grandma is so amazing🧓❤️, and the way he is saying to the other one that he would cause war between him and Ba Mama! 😅😅

This is indeed unique, we have such places in Kavango but people mostly avoid the flood plans.
Lovely place but tough to access that’s why most people relocate to highlands.

Neh, that’s good, am glad it brings memories
Oooh that’s why you hoot every now and then. I thought it was for elephants. Your narration is quite captivating too😅
Lol, yes. Grandpa made sure I hoot. When I forgot he did it from his mouth 😂🤣 it was so funny
What a tough challenge bro!
Sami this was very tough, we did 5km in 5 hours. That’s 1km/h speed

That’s what you need going there 😊
That's exactly what I was saying! Like, the plain is going to get more grimy for sure. Kinda trying to visualize what it's like when the rain is pounding🤔
When it rains you don’t wana drive there. It’s exhausting but we love it 😊
@@yctestdrive Lool, I'm like you all man. I'm dat passenger praying we get stuck so I can stick myself in mud🤭 I'm 23 going on to 3🤗

What type of navigation has grandpa got on his phone? Please share more technical aspects of your journey! Im loving this!
He doesn’t have on his phone, or if he does he might not use it. All I know is that he has it by head 😀

@@jasonndee5156 thanks brother, come along next time
Sure sure I have a few videos I took early this year between Namiyundu & Schuckmasburg, when it was still rain season with a Hilux hooking a loaded double axle trailer. Yoh it was a bit tough but I managed.

Grandpa 's face looks similar,is he not Raphael Mbala?
Hiya, sell me the mud!!!! I want it for at-home spa treatment🤗
Done deal, we have plenty of organic mud for your spa treatment.
@@yctestdrive 🇯🇲✈️🇳🇦
😂😂😂 this must have been a really fun trip. The terrains are dense, the roads are narrow. Why do you hoot every now and then again?
It was fun, especially with grannies. It was laughing all the way. Unfortunately I couldn’t put it all in😂😂😂
Reason for hooting, this is done every time when approaching a curve with big bushes that impairs visibility of on coming vehicle, hence hooting alarms on coming driver/vehicle of your presence so they can be cautious not to pump or cash head on into you..
Well said brother Austin 👏🏽👏🏽 exactly that👍🏾
This was indeed a pathfinder mission..the winch was instrumental otherwise you could have delayed..i wonder what engine under the Prado bonnet.,? Out of curiosity could a fortuner or hilux 2.8 would have done better? 450nm of torque is good for muddy situations i reckon..thank you for bringing this adventurous route kuchaana.
The Prado is a 4.0l V6, am convinced the Fortuner would perform well. It’s much light then the Prado, the power to weight ratio is very good on a 2.8. Am glad you enjoyed the content ya kuchana 👍🏾
@@yctestdrive these floodplain roads, you better be prepared for unplanned sleep on the trail in case you get stuck overnight especially during the rainseason.ideally an SUV..
You can say that again brother, and we were not that prepared that time 😀
Indava ye Rassian ini ñatwile😂😂😂😂
Hape kena mwi Mpokoto
Linyanti gets worse than this in rainy season
It will be great to visit Linyanti, someone said it gets really muddy during rainy season. It’ll good to bring the Prado there. Let’s set it up
Do people ngaa use that route when it rains heavy?
When it rains heavy and the car is not a 4x4 then you’ll surely carry the car on your shoulders. It’s a tough one
@@yctestdrive you can just see
What was the hooting for?
Kama to alert other oncoming drivers cause our small roads are very curvy
@@yctestdrive ok, very thoughtful
you were supposed to remove the trailer
That was our biggest mistake, not removing the trailer 1st
Where in Namibia is this place
That’s north eastern Namibia 🇳🇦 in the Zambezi region
❤🇿🇲
Great to see you here Wasa, thanks for coming
