I bought a GT - 1 a couple months ago and have been playing gigs with it ever since. So easy to use and you can get just the sound your looking for. I play in various bands and have no problem getting the sounds I want. I also do occasional theatre gigs and just plug in and go. It's that simple. It goes straight into the desk, no mics involved. Easy as you like.

Graham im almost 60 and im tech stupid . can you just plug it into the front of your amp? That way I can throw away all my effects
@@RickDanner Yes you can, that's mean you use the preamp from your amp and make sure you turn off all the cab sim or amp sim. Cheers.

Anyone tell me if the tones are better than the ME80. I love the quick edit ability of the ME80. Didn't care for the overdrive's in it though.
