Dear, m now 50yrs old. I was diagnosed with endometriosis & had 2 operations to scrape the chocolate cysts when I was 21yrs old. Walang dr nag advice man lng na I change ko diet ko, but I did it anyway. I stopped eating all forms of carbs & sugar. All my monthly cramps, all gone. My daughter is now 21yrs old.

Totally agree, it really has a high tendency of coming back if hindi inaayos ang diet and lifestyle. The surgery is not a guarantee na it will not come back anymore. Hope this was disclosed to them by their doctor so they're also well aware. Wala rin kasi sa doctor eh since tama naman yung medical management na ginawa. If bumalik pa rin, modify lifestyle is the key. ❤

I was diagnosed with Pcos and adenomyosis. Been tired going for monthly OB appointments and taking fertility pills. Struggling from getting pregnant. With all the monthly cramps and bleeding I experienced, Its like Im going to die. BUT GOD IS GOOD, The biggest thing I made was to change my diet (No sweets and carbs, less caffeine and other inflammatory foods I stop eating). It really helped me. And with that I got pregnant. I have a 1 year old baby right now. Praying for you and Vern to open your womb. 💕

Silent viewer here but whenever I watch your vids, I always utter a prayer for God to finally open your womb and Vern's. I pray that He'll bless both of you with kids. I know both you and Vern will be good mothers, together with your kind and responsible partners. I pray that He'll bless and provide you with all your needs. That He'll give you comfort and peace. I pray that this year will be a year of breakthrough! God bless you always, Vern and Verniece!

Lifestyle talaga nagco cause ng chronic inflammation. Like yung mga pinapahid pahid natin sa katawan. Kinakain. Anything na kinoconsume ay may impact sa health natin. 70% of the illnesses comes from gut. Try reading book na IT STARTS WITH THE EGG.
Unti unti mag hiheal ka naturally kung magiging maingat sa ilalagay at icoconsume. Anything na endocrine disruptor from makeup, skincare, Toiletries, perfume, food, and other toxic chemicals like cleaning products sa bahay, sa damit etc.
I also have doctor OB REI, and Reproductive Immunologists.

May endo rin ako. Got surgery when I was 22. Always on medication since then para di na bumalik. Now 30 i had my check up last yr and discovered I had 7cm again (didnt take meds for 2 yrs due to pandemic). After 6 mos of vinca/vissane 6cm na sya. Marami lang side effects yung gamot. There are many times na msakit din balakang and may discomfort pero nakukuha naman sa hot compress. Tsaga lang and prayer. Never give up. Its good to have someone you can open up with your struggles and just cry with them. My doctor doenst want to operate on me again so I continued on meds. Never had serious pain in the past, I guess dahil din sa simplicity ng food and iwas sa unhealthy. Most of all prayer talaga. God will help you through all the pains when it comes and believe that He will heal us in His own ways and time. 😊

Yes, agree, talk to other OB/professionals to take other opinions. With us, having repro issues since 2014 (I was 22 that time and had 3 surgeries), my endo was managed by GNRH shots for 2years (very effective and instant relief, but will cause irreversible bone damages) and currently been under Visanne (which I think your sister took as well) had it for about 2years as well - so many side effects "physically" but you're lucky to have a very loving husband and support system so you can handle it for sure, but Visanne really remedied my endo and pain (no internal destruction, so good! Just need to have good skincare for the acne; exercise so you won't get cray-cray; and eat good food so your body will thank you). At the end of the day, we have different bodies, so yours might react differently. So find experts (OBs, repro immunos, etc) and decide from there. We can do this! Still have no child after all these years, and IVF is only way for me since I got no tubes na and 1 left ovary. Hang in there sis! Hugs 🤗💐

If I'm not mistaken, you did laparoscopic surgery before and it should've been stated by your doctor that there is a risk for your endometriosis to come back even after doing the surgery. After all hormones and lifestyle is a huge factor also. Hope you can research more on your options and evaluate your lifestyle also. Hope this helps. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

hi verniece ive read some of the comments here and i couldnt agree more , it starts with your diet. ive had my surgery in 2021 for an ovarian cyst my one ovary got removed and after that ive switch to a healthier diet, such as minimize comsumption of dairy, processed food, sweets and fastfood. ive been drinking this yogi rasberry tea also which supports the female reproductive system and greentea every night. ive tried the turmeric tea as well and i think i should drink it again more often now. btw, maybe you would like to try using this kpads too when you have your period, its proven to be effective. i have known a lot who had the same history and they have been using this kpads for years and they only have good reviews. i even told your sister vern about it, i hope you read this . its definitely worth trying.

Since you'd really want to explore avenues to get help and treatment, do consider this and do more research. There are credible studies that show that the use of some cosmetic and beauty products (such as facemasks, lipsticks, face creams, nail polish, hair dyes, creams, hairspray, and hair mousse) could be related to an increased likelihood of developing endometriosis, due to certain chemical ingredients that mimic or block the action of hormones (known as endocrine disruptors).

Isa lang masasabi ko Miss Verniece, I had also endometriosis last 2 years ago, pero magaling na ako from 4.2 cm to back to normal 0.0 cm. , i got 2nd opinion from my 2nd OBGYNE.. No operation talaga, but I take chemotheraphy pills, for 6 months then Vissane and eo talaga ang nagpabago ng buhay ko and still Im alive at liliit din ang endometriosis mo sa lifestyle ng diet mo babalik at babalik ang endometriosis mo because of your eating diet…lagi kitang pinapanood malakas kang kumain ng mga bawal sa may endometriosis. Trust me , pag di muna kinain mga bawal na food, magiging normal ang lining ng matres mo, mawawala ang very painful na menstrual period mo. You can message me…Im happy because Im still alive Im 46 years old…

Hi Verniece! I’ve been struggling to get pregnant as well. I have an incoming HSG test to see if I have any blockage sa fallopian tubes ko. I’ve been doing internet research about infertility and learned a lot of stuff.
Not sure if you are aware but using products with phthalates somehow has something to do with infertility and endometriosis.
Phthalates belong to the group of endocrine disruptors (EDs), which affect the hormonal balance of the organism. They can alter the development and function of the hormone-dependent structures of the reproductive system.
You can find phthalates on perfumes and most of the products we use everyday. I say maybe do research about it and avoid lang the products that has phthalates. I’m not an expert on this field. I also just learned about it on the internet.
There’s a lot to learn for sure and usually your OB and doctor wouldn’t really tell you much about it.
God bless you on your journey!

Hi Verniece! I have endo too and did surgery 7 months ago to remove the cyst. My OB prescribed me with GnRH injections before my surgery for 5 months then I did Visanne after. My left cyst went from 8 cm to 4 cm. I also had 3 cm on my right and it disappeared completely. The reason I had surgery was because my ovarian cancer markers were so high but thankfully after the biopsy and surgery, it turned out benign. There are a lot of endo diets you can try too like avoiding gluten, dairy, and processed foods. I hope this can help.

(I had a vision about this)
I can't explain it, but the infertility issues have a lot to do with the materials used in the iPhone (the iPhone is like a portable microwave that we are holding). I am still in the middle of doing the research.
Everyone using an iPhone has it facing their stomach, and the heat and the material in the iPhone are creating infertility issues. Again, I am in the middle of the research, but in the meantime, try and keep your iPhone away from your stomach or, better yet, keep your iPhone away from your body.
