Michael skips out on his Physical Therapy and goes to a bar, when they ask for ID he throws around the "Corinthos" name, Johnny and him play a game of pool and talk about the life of a 'mob child'.
Later Kristina shows up with a guy who doesn't take to kindly to Michael. He makes fun of him for his brain injury and Michael ends up punching him.
The douchebag fights back and knocks him out cold.

umm, no he didn't nock him cold, if you saw the next part, michael pretended to be knocked out, then surprises him by waking up and punching kiefer like 10 times.

God I seriously dislike Keifer! I know he was abused by his father, but when the abused become the abusers, like with what happened with Keifer and Christina, then that is when they are no longer innocent victims and I do not have any more sympathy or compassion for them! And yeah Michael hit him first, but I think Keifer was trying to get Michael to physically fight him!
