Hey folks! This video took a long time to edit, because I'm learning a new video editing program. I finally decided to say goodbye to Windows Movie Maker. 😛
The black paint is probably not going to stick to the POR15 unless you scuffed the surface first. The instructions for POR tell you to either dust the surface with paint before the POR fully cures to help with paint adhesion, otherwise you need to scuff the fully cured shiny surface, or use POR's special etching primer.
