Well done to you sir. There was some rough 'justice' to Liverpool against Spurs but, insofar as this evens it out in terms of the averages, it will be little compensation to Palace. I guess the main difference was that Liverpool lost a goal, whereas Palace lost a man.

Tough game to loose, especially after taking the lead and having the better chances in the first half, However i do feel like this one isn't Hodgson's fault; both the ref in this game, and all our injuries are definitely having a negative effect on us. its gonna be a long season.

Commentators saying Ayew deserved second yellow but looked harsh? Definitely clumsy and a foul but you usually get a bit of leeway when on a yelllow.

You don't get leeway on a yellow, mate. The first yellow IS the leeway. That's the way it SHOULD be. Annoying, but it was ridiculous for Ayew to give away a foul when he knew he was already booked.

I for one, am thankful of what Roy achieved last season etc, but his comments after the Bournemouth match was not acceptable, regarding the supporters “being spoilt” & the team “fighting above their weight.” This is not the talk you want from a manager who main purpose is to inspire his team to victory. Roy’s time in football management seems to to have run its course. It’s time to thank Roy and relief him of his duties, otherwise Palace will find themselves in a relegation scrap sooner rather than later. Bournemouth, A. Villa, Everton, are not full of stars, but full of determination & grit. Roy has basically said, Palace are pretenders, small fish surviving in a big pool. This is relegation language. If Palace go down this season, the road will be very long to returning to the Premiership. Long hard meditation & decision making needs to be made before the end of January, for the sake of Palace’ survival 🤔
So where has that effort been in previous matches? The fans light a fire under the club's arse then all of a sudden they play for the shirt!
The manner in which we approached this game should be how we approach every game... This is the Premier League.
Yet again, defending for their goals was woefully poor, and at the other end we miss absolute sitters, Lerma's shot from 6 yards out straight at the keeper and same with Andersons header. So poor in both boxes doesn't lead to wins in this division.

liverpool struggled against a team they've had success over in past match ups. only when Ayew got sent off did Liverpool get a look in. even then, at the end, palace nearly levelled the score. the substitutions were good but the team, despite beating Sheffield just across the road, looked a bit lacklustre

It was a cynical foul to deny an attack. It's a yellow by letter of the law, Ayew should have known better totally his own fault. Harsh? Maybe. But it's a yellow card for sure you can't just cynically stop an attack

Most fouls are players trying to tackle but doing it late or inaccurately. It's a yellow in every world 😂 those are literally the rules. you do realise that VAR messed up yesterday in stopping the game after 2 separate passages of play after the ref said no pen, as it was VAR that said in the spurs liverpool game we can't stop the game now as they have already restarted, yet yesterday in similar circumstances they decided to stop the game after around 7 mins after the no pen decision
