Earth is round for a reason. Its formation is a miracle. Not everything we are doing to it, but this video reminds me of how much of a miracle it is to be breathing and here putting struggles aside!

After watching this video, I realized that the shape of our Earth is one of those cases when reality turns out to be much better than any theories and fantasies that are only accessible to our imagination. What’s really nice is that this doesn’t happen often. Even if it would look interesting, such planets would only be useful for a space exhibition of sculptures or something like that ! 😅
Funny thing is, a flat earth wouldn’t look flat from the surface. The edges wouldn’t look like that. People in the Southern Hemisphere don’t feel like they’re standing upside down.

There's a couple mythologies like that--where you don't "just" have the bones of ancient-times giants being mountains, but ilterally, THE ENTIRE WORLD, _is_ a living, humanoid? being. And then there's the ones where the entire world is a corpse of some giant primordial thing, or different features are made out of the original deity's parts (bones becoming the rocks, sweat becoming the rivers, etc.) So that's a fun world to imagine living on. :)
