ME HAVING A KLAYLEY BREAKDOWN
I miss my parents so much, I still don't get over their end.
I decided to make a klayley video just beacuse of the last episode of legacies (4x03). I just can't stop thinking about them, and their wasted potential. I love the love/hate dynamic that they used to have.
I'm gona edit more TVDU, because Legacies is finally getting good. And I also editing addieluc btw.

One thing that always, always gets me is that they never fail to refer Hope as both of theirs since the very beginning (minus the rocky bits). They use "our child" so often and that's how I knew they would be partners for life, and it was so sweet to see that. I am a huge believer in all the ships (Klaroline, Klamille, Haylijah, etc) and respect them all... but I don't know, there was something SO different between Hayley and Klaus. It was real, raw, unique and so bloody strong- they always bounced back. It wasn't some lustful, infatuating, idealizing type of relationship but something actually realistic with long-lasting potential (to me anyway, sorry if that offends anyone!). Having Hope brought them much closer but they built their relationship first by recognizing how alike they were, to trying to support each other, they shared similar aspirations for their daughter, always looked out for one another, acceptance for all that they both were, and the list could go on. Together, they went through it all and seeing them come out as they did made me so proud. They were strong on their own, but together they were the strongest and each others equal. It is unfortunate that they didn't explore a romantic route with them but they were soulmates of some sort founded by the deepest respect and admiration for each other. They always spoke good about each other to Hope and there was love between them, in whichever way you want to label it as. Throughout the Originals, you could see how much they both cared for each other regardless of Hope or anyone else. As they say, everything happens for a reason and it wasn't just a one night stand but 15-16 years of incredible journeys together. I have never been so inspired by a coupling before.
Also... I'm genuinely upset we didn't even get a damn hug between them.

Oh yeah!!!!!!! A hug !!!! And so much is left unspoken!!! But it made it even stronger… I’m sure that both actors were playing sexual tension as well… they really were so thrilled when they looked each other in the eye !!! I mean, every scene almost 😅
He hurt her anytime she was close enough for him to care for her but she never gave up on him and slowly they noticed each other changing and becoming the best of themselves and how they effortlessly brought that out in each other.
They were literally every trope I knew I needed but Julie and the gang aint wanna let their ship go, so we all had to pretend like we ain't see Klaus be jealous when Hayley was with Jackson or Elijah.....like yall....the way Joseph played that man when it came to her was not normal for platonic co-parents and I'm tired of pretending
The chemistry between those 2 is amazing. They should have ended up together. When you think about it, Elijah loved Klaus; but wanted EVERYTHING he had. Facts.

I have klayley breakdowns every 2nd week. I'll never forget how they deserved so much MORE. I'm still bitter about s5 of TO. I had to write multiple fanfics to fix the verse. I still think she loved him too soon and he loved her too late.

I miss them so much. Such an underrated ship and since the beginning, they were my favorite. So wish they had a happy ending.

Klaus and Hayley were the most logical couple. They had real chemistry. Anything else appeared weird and forced. If the show had moved forward with Klaus and Hayley as a couple, I probably would have watched it... even with all the gross scenes. Once I realized there would not be Klaus and Hayley, I didn't bother.
