After trying this my redmi 3s is stucked in Mi logo even after 20 min no progress- so I again did a recovery-> wipe data-> reboot - but still stucked with mi logo since last 20 min :(
सर मैं तो 3s हर बार खोल कर करता हूं edl केबल से हर बार सेट ऑन हो जाता है .. मेरे पास भी यही सेम टूल है ,और सर क्या अब वाले फ़ोन भी हो जाएंगे इसी केबल से कनेक्ट ???/

Para los que no tienen el cable, apretar power + vol+ , y seleccionar download, ahi le genera un puerto y listo, aunque a mi el preoceso no me lo termina, se me cuelga el programa
i try with v1.6 always error while login. i used windows 32 bit. and i try with v1.4 and i can do that... but not yet to connect wifi.... i scare that come to locked again... anyone can answer it
