What about the students who takes multiple attempts and then find it hard to secure a well paid job! What about their morale? They have to put in extra efforts even after clearing CA with so much struggle!

So dont copy others by passing CA exams and get settled on 4-5 lacs as we deserves much better than this and we can get it by finding opportunities from different sectors also

Min. package suggestion in campus placement is not feasible at present. If the company gets ready to pay x amount of salary, then it will also expect a particular level from the candidates. But the level/competency of all fresh CAs is not the same. Then it will further dent the image of the profession because the fluctuating talent won't be able to justify the offers by the company. For reducing the fluctuation, subjects need to be made more application based, a standardized training structure should be put into place, students has to be made to come out of their shells. Ultimately it's the polishing of the MBAs which sometimes overshadows a CA. Like bank audits, article placement should be centralised and firm allotment should be made based on the field of learning selected by the article. Because we see that one student is getting good hands on experience and other one is doing just mediocre or clerical work throughout his training. The primary nature of our course is distance education and this has to be reduced to bring some parity in the freshers. Otherwise the same story will continue. CAs will complain about package and companies will complain about talent. Our institute can bridge this gap.

First of all asks urself why u want to become a ca?? ryt now ur in 12 u should be aiming for top colleges after that u will have time to think ur field of interest later if u wanna go in pe or market related works u can do cfa with college grad all the best
