i just put it in layers.. i didnt cover it with buttercream..

well coming to your queries..
1. used whipped cream in last top layer and covered it with whipped cream... ( the funny part is- for this shoot, I needed to make 2 batches of this recipe and made 2 cakes.. and ran out of buttercream in the end.. lolz.. so i just used whipping cream for the last layer and to cover it.. )
2. I used Master Gourmet Gold. ( because it was at home right that moment.. my fav whipping cream is emborg, then naarmann :)

ai cream ta te onek beshi icing sugar dorkar hoy.. jemon 1/2 cup butter er jonno pray 2-3 cups poriman icing sugar lege jay..
ar tachara.. goromer din hole ami suggest kori, valo maner unsalted butter ta use korar jonno..

usually max electric oven gulo te specified vabe bola na thakleo convectional option gulo thake.
amar ta te kichui dekhi nai ai rokom option..
its miyako 45 ltr electric oven.

this much is needed oz the amount of dry ingredients are more here...
if you still in doubt, then you can use 2 tsp instead... but not sure whether it gives that much fluff or not

If someone will try This recipe, u less the sugar. Because if u follow the exact measurements of the sugar ur cake will be too sweet.
I try this already. The batter is taste good. Instead of using lemon essence I use honey citron.

This cake has TOO MUCH DRY INGREDIENTS! I'm a baker too and I was Soo excited to try this recipe! Altho I felt like it was too much dry ingredients I still followed step by step ending up having a perfectly baked cake looking good but tasting kind of like atar dola! I'm so upset right now!!

Too much dry maybe u didn't follow the exact measurements of the ingredients there. It's not dry its perfect actually. Just the sugar is the problem here. Don't follow the exact measurements.
