As for leveling, keep your Giants and Dark Bowmaster as the two highest level units, followed by Sniper and then Edward. Rest of the units can be leveled just enough so that they don't die too easily. Upgrade Dark Elf as necessary depending if you need more healing power or not. Also keep upgrading your castle as needed, this can be around same level as your Giants and DBM Dark Ice Wizard DOES NOT NEED TO BE LEVELED after gaining promotion. He doesn't do damage and leveling up doesn't make him any better. This should be one of the last heroes you level up to 10.000 for extra skill point. ▶Why no Town Archers? They don't work well in the current meta unless you want to be heavily p2w player (=use alot of money to purchase autobattle) as they are very expensive to keep leveled high enough compared to just upgrading heroes. Also they don't benefit very well from the skill tree. This build works better for f2p players as well as those who want to use some money in the game. You should eventually get your Town Archers to level 10.000 because you get 1 extra skillpoint from them at that level. DO NOT go higher than that! ▶Devil Horn: When you can start using Devil Horn heavily depends on your items on your heroes, therefore it's not easy to give wave estimations for different Devil Horn tiers. In the very early game I wouldn't suggest going higher than DH1 (first tier of Devil Horn) as you might easily hit a wall with the increased difficulty. @@Crestfallen._ Good question! Generally not having summon only once in waving is better, especially as you get lower and lower cooldown on your Pure Wizard. This allows you to have multiple sets of summons on the screen simultaneously. Individual setups may wary though, depending on player's items so you might test around with and without so1 once you have the skillpoints to get both trees. Summon only once is good for other purposes though, such as dragons and coloies

Hey, wouldnt it be better to use zeus than angels, its stun for 2 seconds, and withh att speed it really does well with just its hammer attack to deal HIGH amounts of damage and it gets like +30 damage for ONE UPGRADE, angels just body block@LakuJK
I plan on doing that, but making these take time and I need to find some extra time to do them 😁 at some point for sure! But you can use same damage dealers there than in this build! So leveling them up won't go to waste!
This was a really helpful video thank you. Can you do a video discussing the ideal items for each of these heros? Including edward. (the ideal stats for each hero, not just the super rare high lvl ones, but for us who are on wave 20k)

Yeah I have been thinking about doing other elements as well, we'll see what 2024 brings 😉 I'm hoping for some more balancing updates so that they would be viable builds to use longer than early game

Depends what you consider max level? For the account "max level" where you max all skills, that is quite fast to achieve, a day or a couple, but hundreds of thousands of waves need time to achieve, and then millions 😄 😅

That's great! Personally I feel the game only gets more interesting from the point you are now when you earn more and more sp and get multiple skilltrees + better and better items. You should see it if you sort by popular comments 😊 Orbs are for heroes over level 10.000 so you won't be using them for a while yet, for reference I have alt account on wave level 100k now and it doesn't have any hero over 10k yet. But Orb of Power, Agility, Luck, Critical and Physical are your most important ones to go for the build once you reach that point 👍
hello laku ,I have a lot of questions and with my wave count below 2k I can't find a lot of info. I am at wave 1361 and my castle level is 460 .(archers is 300 but I am not leveling them anymore ) . I have both the wave summoning build and the gold build saved . I just want to know these things please . 1- in my wave build :my giant is level 400 ,dbm is 380 ,sniper 370,dark elf is 250 ice mage is 50, slinger is 100,angel is 100,dorothy is 70. what should I level and when should I stop ? cuz the ratio is not correct in these low waves. 1.5- the death worm 2 is at level 150 with a level 99 mirror and I still have mana problems should I upgrade it more ? 2-I have the gold build where it replaces the 4 heroes that you said in your gold build . should I upgrade the rogue a lot ? I leveled it 150 since the gold is % of damage 3- when can I beat the sin dragon ? and does your legendary dragon build work for sin ? 4- is there a colony build ? like replacing archers with cannons ? 5-is it worth equipping the heroes with B and A items ? if yes , which one gets what ? Heyy 😊😊! Let's see if I can give you some kind of answers to these: 1. Ratios in early game are usually highly inflated, so dont worry about calculating those much. I would say your ratio between different heroes is quite fine right now, so keep on leveling the units and try to keep these ratios between each other of them. Except Ice mage does not need any more leveling for now, he wont do any damage anyway so save the gold for other units. 1.5. Mana problems are quite common in very early game even with mirrored worm, you can try level it up a bit more, but I would maybe try to level up your castle a bit more compared to the heroes, that will most likely help you out more right now. This issue will even out as you gain more waves, you can opt to temporarily use the mana henge instead of spring water if that helps you, but switch back to spring water as soon as you can handle the mana cost. Are you using the passive (left path) chrono promotion? If not then switch to that one as the others will drain mana super fast in early game 👍 2. You can yes, but you can also kinda ignore him for now if you wish to. Eventually you will want to level him to 10k and stop there, but for now you will be fine with just the three gold heroes (+ other gold boost stuff) for your gold build. This is really up to you which path you choose 3. I actually have a video about Sin coming out in a day or two 😁 but yes it's basically the same thing as legendary dragon build. You can start comfortably farming him when your damage dealers are around level 1000, at that point the kills are reliable and relatively fast so just keep on waving until then 👍 4. B and A tier items will suffice for early game yes, but you can wait until you can kill Sin and then fill your units with whatever items you get from him (mainly A and S), if you kill the earlier dragons, just get anything that boosts the damage for your damage dealers (flat or %) and if you get any cooldown stuff, place it on pure wizard and necromancer. But again this becomes more relevant once you can start killing Sin
I'm on wave 4500+ and this build helped me a lot for waving, even though I'm using dh4 and the 30% horn for faster enemies. All of my units are on lvl400 except Edward he's on lvl700 thank you for this
@@sober0586 Don't worry about dh yet, at this point you should most likely be doing just single waves, and some time after switch to dh1. dh2 and above will be more challenging and the effort to keep them running is also much bigger. Items and skillpoints (from waving) will help you out as you progress, but don't worry about rushing it too fast, you'll get there! ☺
Can you replace DIW with right promotion zeus? Sidenote : im using stone instead of chrono for +2 tower slots with defence barracks and trophy. sapphire instead of worthless coin other than that my build is same as yours
DA around 100 skillpoints or a little less, you will want to have physical, summon AND lightning skilltrees for that 😊 and you also will need decent items for your DA (area skill damage, 1x cooldown line and as many crit chance lines as you can get) and the Slash rune from intermediate dungeon 😊 Also sorry for late reply!
following this guide for about two weeks im wave 16375 and can easily clean up sin and the maps, a quest i have what lvl should i upgrade everything to stand a chance against legendary dragon
Nice progress 😊! You can start looking at the first kills once your main units are about 3500-4000 level, but it will also depend on the items you have been able to get so far at that point, and even then its going to be too slow and unreliable to really go around killing the dude. So give it a couple of thousand levels after that and then things will look fine 😊

I’m just in extremely early game but still wonder. What does the skill “Archer Trio applies to itself” mean? Does it mean *on top* of the atk speed buff from the others, they *also* get one more atk speed by themselves? That would be insane for those three little guys. They’ll shot like machine guns. It simply means that their own speedbuff CAN be applied to themselves. But even with the skill, only the HIGHEST buff will apply, so only one buff per hero. Mainly this helps Dark Bowmaster since her buff is bigger than other archer's, and with the skill she can also take advantage of it. Or for cases if you would just use one archer in the build, that hero would just get its own speedbuff
great video, but could you do some review/guide of certain hero/group of heroes? I can't wrap my mind on how to make guys like succubus, rogue, or alchemist work, yet they intrigue me :/
I have thought of making them at some point, but there is much to make and so limited time so it might take a while 😅 Rogue and Alchemist can really only be used in gold build as gold boost heroes, alchemist wants cooldown items to turn enemies into frogs as often as possible, and rogue wants att speed. Rogue also needs to be lvl 10k and equipped with static orb for him to do good in gold build. Succubus you could use in hellmode with charm promotion and cooldown items, I'm not sure she has role elsewhere but I haven't really used her outside of hm
Thank you 😊! It does sound like any damage would be better than no damage, but in reality it really isnt. There's a couple of reasons for that, insignificant damage output wont let you kill monsters any faster, and town archers can make the game alot more laggy due to the amount of projectiles on screen, which in turn can make you lose waves you otherwise would win. Especially true on older devices. Also once you start using dark assassin as support unit for critical damage buff, town archers weak single target damage can "steal" that buff away from heavy hitters like giants or bowmaster

But this can also be done later game once the cost to level them to 10k doesnt feel much anymore. (That is probably the better approach) And about the worthless coin, you dont need it just yet: at your wave level (up to until ~1500+ waves) you can use gold build and do autobattle with gold and make profit. Haha 😇 mana issues also will ease with higher wave level, as in the worm does not need to be so heavily leveled compared to early game, but it's still the single best way to improve mana regeneration 👍
yes i spent more gold on the worm since it was pretty low leveled of only 50 now i think its about 300 or 500 it was enough for me since my mana doesnt reach 0 now it gets close but not close enough so i think i can change chrono now@@LakuJK
What is are the item lines you want on angels? Do you need stun and knockback or damage items. also, can the last line on an L item like slows 1.7 seconds be upgraded?
Damage items help a little but best line would probably be red reduced dmg line. Their main job is to bodyblock flying enemies and that helps them stay alive longer 👍 that and then damage/cooldown. And no, those red lines are always the same no matter if the item is level 1 or 100

@@zombiestrike490 he will become better as you play 👍 the problem in very early game is that your ranged units are a bit too strong and are able to kill monsters before giants have the time to walk over to them and attack them, this will be fixed as you progress and also when you get L tier items with +1 summoned unit lines, your giants will also become more and more powerful 😊
Well, you can, but adding another unit that you need to level up into the build results in struggles with keeping up with the levels 😊 In which case I would recommend something you dont need to level, such as Bishop or assassin as a support unit (critical debuff), he can be left at level 51

Heya 😊 they should be leveled up but much less than other units. In terms of ratio (wave*hero lvl) it's okay to keep them at 0.01 or 0.015, just to make sure they dont get instakilled and can live their full-ish duration 😊 im glad you have been enjoying them! Dark assassin as a support hero with attack speed and cooldown, blue defender, bishop or paladins are all possible options, out from which i would recommend assassin first
Can you make a new build, I feel like zeus is better than angels, especially with that 2 sec stun and op dmg, I feel like having support units like slinger and zeus is better tham those others @LakuJK

About my progress in-game: I have every 1 of the heroes that can go over lvl 21 at lvl 200 and my towers and my leader (Edward) is lvl 250 aswell and have the treasures used in the video max and the tower parts lvl 100 and lvl 99 (max ones), am lvl 256 and wave 635 (in the past i used to grind wave 250 for the unknown contracts before i started watching vids for grow castle)
@@X_Eraser If you actively check your game and can spend your crystals every time they hit the cap, you can use the crystal tree version to boost up your castle part leveling speed. (You want them all to level 10k for skillpoints). But if you are not able to spend crystals every time you hit the cap for them, you should go for golden tree. That's also the better option when waving overnight

ALL THAT SAID, They can be used in early game (when they are below level 10k) if you wish to and they can provide some mana free damage. It is completely possible to just completely ignore them though and be able to clear all content with ease. In this build they are ignored so they wont do any damage, and honestly I would recommend going down that path. if you are using dark assassin (and Town archers are not doing any real damage), it is beneficial to not have them because dark assassin attacks give enemy units debuff making them take more critical damage from the next critical strike. Now you want to maximize this effect by having a strong damage dealer with big single target damage (like giants) deal that next critical strike instead of a low single attack unit (like town archers). This is why you don't want town archers to "steal" that debuff away from other units. Obviously this can't be completely avoided since you also have other low attack level units in the build (Slingers, Angels, Dorothy).
I would strongly recommend going for lightning setup instead of physical now 👍 giants were nerfed in the last update and lightning is much better now 😊 but even if you stick with physical, giants will only start performing better after a bit later because for now your ranged units are so overpowered that giants cant walk to the enemy before ranged units kill them
Hello, another help request comment. I'm using your waving build, but I have trouble with bosses, whereas I annihilate normal mobs. Every1 is set to target bosses already. Any idea? (currently dh1+h, fab, w 21k, 0.2 dps and 0.1 other ratios). Hope you're doing great and going outside a lot.

Well I suppose I should make another one for that 😊 but basically from 500k to 1million its the same build, but you are slowly working your way to achieve profitable gold autobattle (In which case the Gold Build video will guide you through that setup). Key damage dealers etc are the same, except once you have enough skillpoints for physical, summon AND lightning skilltree, you can swap out Sniper and start using Dark Assassin as damage dealer instead and that will be the better option.

Well, you can of course, it's just still more cost efficient to go without them. But I would say if they are still below level 10k and you want to keep using them, go for it 😊! Once you get them to 10k though you can think if it's time to stop using them
So do I prioritise on damage dealers (dark bowman, sniper, edward and giants) first? Before levelling support heroes. I'm guessing a 2:1 Ratio, like support heroes levels alway 0.5 of main damage dealers.
Yes that is exactly the correct mindset! 😎 support heroes angels and slingers can be even lower than that but 0.5 is not a bad guideline at all 👍 also worth to note that ice wizard and assassin does lot need any leveling for now, they can be left out at level 51 or so (i think 51 is where assassin ability reaches cap % iirc).
do you make enough gold doing free autobattle wave build with DH+1 to keep heros in the ratios needed to keep winning waves? Or do people need to be doing gold auto battle /. gold manual battle to keep up? I'm wondering for the long term if people with 200k+ waves are having to spend a lot of time manual gold waving to keep up or do you make enough passive with colonies and seasonal to not need to do that. DH1 is quite easy to manage as it is not that difficult DH level 👍 You will constantly get stronger through your waves via more skillpoints and also daily L item crafting (after doing orc colonies) and those will ease up the difficulty by alot. Around 100k+ waves legendary dragon farming can also be done to further boost build strength, manual play should no be required as long as you keep doing infinite colony regularly as well, remember to do seasonal colonies every time they reset and use the golden tree tower with your free autobattle build. Some ads can be done additionally if you have the willpower and time to go through them, which can help if you lack with infinite colony or dont have much items help. For this you can do single battle using time autobattle, watch the ad afterwards and swap back to free autobattle build. This can actually be quite helpful around 400-500k waves once you start to level up all your units to 10k for skillpoints, which will naturally drain alot of your gold. Before that point managing ratios is much easier and will again become easier once those 10k's are done 😊
Guys I have a question, is Worthless Coin treasure worth it? You're grinding gold right so its best to just autobattle and earning gold? Or does autobattle using gold not give you profit in waves? Please answer guys
Yes worthless Coin is what you should use until like 700.000 waves or more. Before that you cant make profit with gold autobattle (except if you are under 2k waves) so worthless coin is your best friend. Make sure to use golden tree in your build when using it and level up your Infinite Town to as high as possible
They do debuff you in terms of if you are using Dark Assassin, they will steal away his debuff from high hitting units, and also if you are not leveling them, their damage is so insignificant that they are not worth the added lag they can potentially bring. If unit (that's meant to do damage) is doing 1-2% of damage when looking at battle results, there is absolutely no merit in keeping it in the build. Now low wave many people tend to level up town archers, especially if it is their first time playing the game. If they have done so and the TA are doing relevant damage, no harm done keeping them, but long term they just are not efficient to be leveled up in the current meta of the game (for f2p players at least). Not really for waving no, in gold builds you want to include the gold boost stuff, and in free autobattle build you want to use Iron wheel for increased colony gold income. Temporarily you could use it to include Tony in your build for times when you need to gather more than 60 Crystals at once 👍 if you really want to use it, then Thor or Sara could be choices
You will circle around to summon tree eventually, but for starters its better to go with physical tree. Your giants and slingers gets boosted from physical tree, but your bowmaster, elf and sniper wont get boosted by summon tree

im trying to farm items for the heroes and some doubts aroused, how mucho should i farm the sin dragon till it becomes too much, and also, at what wave were you able to kill legendary dragon?
That's ultimately up to you to decide, but 5000 defense for Sin should be enough, but you can do less if you don't want to farm Sin. You will end up replacing all those items once you get your hands on L and E tier items anyway 👍 I would say possible Legendary dragon kills start at around 50k wave, but it will be farmable at 100k waves at earliest, or more.
hey 😊 that's correct! The middle tier promotion Slingers are physical type, which will allow them to benefit from the physical skilltree. The last promotion slingers are fire and poison, which would make them unable to benefit from the physical skilltree and thus make them less useful 👍

You are not trying to use devil horn yet right? That would be an issue. As long as you have the build set up you shouldnt have much troubles doing normal waves, most likely you need to level up some stuff if you have a hard time. At your wave level you should be able to make a gold build and do gold autobattle with it while making profit. That will be achievable until somewhere between 1-2k waves

On this secondary account the items are not that great, but here's some info you can work on with when looking for items for your heroes: Pure Wizard: Cooldown lines, preferably double cooldown for both items (other lines dont matter) Dark Necromancer: Cooldown lines, preferably double cooldown for both items (other lines dont matter) Ice Wizard: Cooldown and attack speed, but priority is to get cooldown for heroes above first. Later on can be used as E item mule (yellow lines) Smith: Cooldown, but priority is to get cooldown for heroes above first. Later on can be used as E item mule (yellow lines) Chrono: Cooldown lines, when you have some you can switch to the other promotions than passive for higher game speed boost. Giants: Priority is legendary +1 summoned unit line for both items, after that critical chance & critical strike and after those other damage boosting lines (damage %, physical dmg %, attack speed) Edward: Same as Giants but giants take priority first Slingers: Early game knockback, later on stun and slow, but a combination of these can work quite well, also 1 line of cooldown or +1 unit is usable Angels: Early game doesn't really matter much, cooldown, +1 summon, damage lines, or can be used as E item mule (yellow lines) Dorothy: +1 summon unit and knockback lines, Slingers take priority first Dark Bowmaster: Critical damage & Critical chance, followed by dmg% and physical dmg%, can fill with flying damage or boss damage lines but these are not the best Dark Elf: Priority is +1 arrow legendary line on both items, after that whatever damage boosting lines you can get. +1 arrow is huge increase on her. Sniper: Pretty much same as Dark Bowmaster The hunt for "best" items is eternal, so early on simply focus on getting decent items for all heroes, and then slowly focus on upgrading from there! Town Archers are not needed with current way the game is, because they don't scale well with the skilltree and they become expensive to keep leveled up compared to just heroes, so it's more efficient to use only heroes. Eventually you want to level them (Town Archers) to 10.000 because you get 1 extra skillpoint from them when they hit that level but you don't want to go higher than that. So if they are below that and you want to use them, it's okay and early game they can do some decent damage, but later on you won't use them and even early game you can do perfectly fine without them if you wish to
hi Laku, im currently at 1000 waves and chrono seems to use tons of mana, so i changed it with cleric which both reduces the mana usage and boost atk. is it good and should i keep it?? also i dont think game speed is as important as atk and can u tell me why didnt you use cleric? thank you so much
Game speed is very important for waving, higher speed means faster progression AND also more gold from colonies and workers per hour. Chrono is indeed very mana heavy hero, so for early game you can use the left hand side promotion, which gives a passive gamespeed boost and wont use up your MP 😊👍 and then you can switch to the promotions on the right side later on once you can handle the mana cost 👍
Im currently using a fire build that was posted 2 years ago in the discord server and the reddit. i was wondering if i should make the change to this build or if i should stay on that build.
Hey 😊 Yes you can, if they are level 9k already its probably best that you take them to level 10k now since you will get 1 skillpoint for doing that. And then just keep using them until they stop doing any relevant damage 😊
The build don't level them up, and when leveled up they do no actual damage and may simply cause lag and make your build perform worse. Also if you use dark assassin, you want to minize non damage dealer attacks so that your heavy hitters can make use of his critical damage buff against enemies. And why they are not leveled in the build is because it's more cost efficient to level heroes, meaning you get the best bang for buck that way. This video was made before ice bow treasure could have crit chance stat for heroes, so in todays world, if you use that treasure you can kinda still keep unleveled town archers in the build as they will be able to apply slow to the enemies. Also you will eventually want to get town archers to level 10.000 because for every unit that reaches level 10k, you get 1 skillpoint for your skilltree. Up to you to choose if you want to do that early on or just wait and spam level them to 10k later (this build recommends the latter but both will get you same results) Also, I would strongly recommend lightning build unless you really wish to play something else 😊 lightning build video can be found here: ruclips.net/video/mkZGGxU2DxM/видео.html
b and a tier items are not really great so even if you want to skip them completely that's fine 👍 S tier item lines can have same rolls as L and E tier items so they start to be strong enough to be considered. But mainly you want a lot cooldown items for pure wizard, necromancer, smith etc, and any damage items for damage dealers.

Yo! Always try to push waves if you can. But since you are still at that low wave level, you should be able to check out my gold build video, and use gold autobattle and make profit with it (amount of gold received from wave (check from the battle results) is higher than the amount you pay in order to activate the autobattle). Once that stops being profitable for you (somewhere between 1000 and 2000 waves), save up for the worthless coin and switch to this build 👍 They are quite similar builds except this one has no gold boosting stuff. Then just keep using free autobattle and keep conquering more and more colonies whenever you can to boost your gold income from them 👍
@@LakuJK Hi Laku! i tried your suggestion and i got a lot of gold, I left my phone on for the night and i equipped the pickaxe, 10% more colony gold, and the colony gold cooldown. i got 30million when i woke up! I decided to spend it on my heroes since their levels are 31-60 and im about to reach 800 waves soon, so i made all my heroes to level 100 except the ones that are max on 21 level. Where can i spend my gold? level up my heroes? upgrade town archers or castle?
@@croco5810 Your Castle and main damage dealers mostly (dark bowmaster, giants, edward, sniper). Also spend some on angels, slingers and worm (worm for mana regeneration) but they dont need to be as high level as damage dealer units mentioned earlier. Town archers you can completely skip but if you do level them don't go over level 10.000
Knights are cool, you could possibly replace Dorothy with them if you wish. Druid will be useful for boosting defense if you have +1 summoned unit items on him

Please note individual changes might be made to the build depending on players items, wave level etc. Using your own head is recommended but don't make changes unless you know what you are doing since it might break the synergy between heroes and build
Later on Dark Assassin can be used for damage as well, but early game he is better to be used as a support unit.
As for leveling, keep your Giants and Dark Bowmaster as the two highest level units, followed by Sniper and then Edward. Rest of the units can be leveled just enough so that they don't die too easily. Upgrade Dark Elf as necessary depending if you need more healing power or not.
Also keep upgrading your castle as needed, this can be around same level as your Giants and DBM
Dark Ice Wizard DOES NOT NEED TO BE LEVELED after gaining promotion. He doesn't do damage and leveling up doesn't make him any better. This should be one of the last heroes you level up to 10.000 for extra skill point.
▶Why no Town Archers?
They don't work well in the current meta unless you want to be heavily p2w player (=use alot of money to purchase autobattle) as they are very expensive to keep leveled high enough compared to just upgrading heroes. Also they don't benefit very well from the skill tree. This build works better for f2p players as well as those who want to use some money in the game.
You should eventually get your Town Archers to level 10.000 because you get 1 extra skillpoint from them at that level. DO NOT go higher than that!
▶Devil Horn:
When you can start using Devil Horn heavily depends on your items on your heroes, therefore it's not easy to give wave estimations for different Devil Horn tiers. In the very early game I wouldn't suggest going higher than DH1 (first tier of Devil Horn) as you might easily hit a wall with the increased difficulty. ▶Orbs:
You unlock orbs when you get a hero to level 10.000. Orbs can only be equipped on heroes that are level 10.000 or higher. For Damage dearlers (DBM, Sniper, Giants and Edward) you will want damage boosting Orbs, so 1 of these 4: Orb of Power, Orb of Luck, Critical Orb and Physical Orb. Slingers commonly want Orb of Agility for increased crowd control ability. Angels can use Green orb.

@@Crestfallen._ Good question! Generally not having summon only once in waving is better, especially as you get lower and lower cooldown on your Pure Wizard. This allows you to have multiple sets of summons on the screen simultaneously. Individual setups may wary though, depending on player's items so you might test around with and without so1 once you have the skillpoints to get both trees.
Summon only once is good for other purposes though, such as dragons and coloies

Hey, wouldnt it be better to use zeus than angels, its stun for 2 seconds, and withh att speed it really does well with just its hammer attack to deal HIGH amounts of damage and it gets like +30 damage for ONE UPGRADE, angels just body block@LakuJK

Depends what you consider max level? For the account "max level" where you max all skills, that is quite fast to achieve, a day or a couple, but hundreds of thousands of waves need time to achieve, and then millions 😄 😅

Slingers: Knockback is good also, later game you will want stun on them (because they can also target air) and if possible, 1 line slow
Ice Wizard: Cooldown and additionally att speed
Pure Wizard: Cooldown
Dark Nec.: Cooldown
Smith: Cooldown is okay but if you get items with nice E lines, he can mule them
Giants: +1 summoned unit is priority, after that crit damage and chance if possible. phys dmg and dmg% also possible but crit better

Recently started and at 5k waves overall at the moment and want to know what to aim for.
You should see it if you sort by popular comments 😊 Orbs are for heroes over level 10.000 so you won't be using them for a while yet, for reference I have alt account on wave level 100k now and it doesn't have any hero over 10k yet. But Orb of Power, Agility, Luck, Critical and Physical are your most important ones to go for the build once you reach that point 👍

hello laku ,I have a lot of questions and with my wave count below 2k I can't find a lot of info.
I am at wave 1361 and my castle level is 460 .(archers is 300 but I am not leveling them anymore ) . I have both the wave summoning build and the gold build saved . I just want to know these things please .
1- in my wave build :my giant is level 400 ,dbm is 380 ,sniper 370,dark elf is 250 ice mage is 50, slinger is 100,angel is 100,dorothy is 70. what should I level and when should I stop ? cuz the ratio is not correct in these low waves.
1.5- the death worm 2 is at level 150 with a level 99 mirror and I still have mana problems should I upgrade it more ?
2-I have the gold build where it replaces the 4 heroes that you said in your gold build . should I upgrade the rogue a lot ? I leveled it 150 since the gold is % of damage
3- when can I beat the sin dragon ? and does your legendary dragon build work for sin ?
4- is there a colony build ? like replacing archers with cannons ?
5-is it worth equipping the heroes with B and A items ? if yes , which one gets what ?

Heyy 😊😊! Let's see if I can give you some kind of answers to these:
1. Ratios in early game are usually highly inflated, so dont worry about calculating those much. I would say your ratio between different heroes is quite fine right now, so keep on leveling the units and try to keep these ratios between each other of them. Except Ice mage does not need any more leveling for now, he wont do any damage anyway so save the gold for other units.
1.5. Mana problems are quite common in very early game even with mirrored worm, you can try level it up a bit more, but I would maybe try to level up your castle a bit more compared to the heroes, that will most likely help you out more right now. This issue will even out as you gain more waves, you can opt to temporarily use the mana henge instead of spring water if that helps you, but switch back to spring water as soon as you can handle the mana cost. Are you using the passive (left path) chrono promotion? If not then switch to that one as the others will drain mana super fast in early game 👍
2. You can yes, but you can also kinda ignore him for now if you wish to. Eventually you will want to level him to 10k and stop there, but for now you will be fine with just the three gold heroes (+ other gold boost stuff) for your gold build. This is really up to you which path you choose
3. I actually have a video about Sin coming out in a day or two 😁 but yes it's basically the same thing as legendary dragon build. You can start comfortably farming him when your damage dealers are around level 1000, at that point the kills are reliable and relatively fast so just keep on waving until then 👍

B and A tier items will suffice for early game yes, but you can wait until you can kill Sin and then fill your units with whatever items you get from him (mainly A and S), if you kill the earlier dragons, just get anything that boosts the damage for your damage dealers (flat or %) and if you get any cooldown stuff, place it on pure wizard and necromancer. But again this becomes more relevant once you can start killing Sin

@@sober0586 Don't worry about dh yet, at this point you should most likely be doing just single waves, and some time after switch to dh1. dh2 and above will be more challenging and the effort to keep them running is also much bigger. Items and skillpoints (from waving) will help you out as you progress, but don't worry about rushing it too fast, you'll get there! ☺

Well, DIW is just going to be stronger because the ability to freeze is actually really huge for crowd control, so I would keep DIW in instead😊
DA around 100 skillpoints or a little less, you will want to have physical, summon AND lightning skilltrees for that 😊 and you also will need decent items for your DA (area skill damage, 1x cooldown line and as many crit chance lines as you can get) and the Slash rune from intermediate dungeon 😊 Also sorry for late reply!

Nice progress 😊! You can start looking at the first kills once your main units are about 3500-4000 level, but it will also depend on the items you have been able to get so far at that point, and even then its going to be too slow and unreliable to really go around killing the dude. So give it a couple of thousand levels after that and then things will look fine 😊

I’m just in extremely early game but still wonder. What does the skill “Archer Trio applies to itself” mean? Does it mean *on top* of the atk speed buff from the others, they *also* get one more atk speed by themselves? That would be insane for those three little guys. They’ll shot like machine guns. It simply means that their own speedbuff CAN be applied to themselves. But even with the skill, only the HIGHEST buff will apply, so only one buff per hero.
Mainly this helps Dark Bowmaster since her buff is bigger than other archer's, and with the skill she can also take advantage of it. Or for cases if you would just use one archer in the build, that hero would just get its own speedbuff
great video, but could you do some review/guide of certain hero/group of heroes? I can't wrap my mind on how to make guys like succubus, rogue, or alchemist work, yet they intrigue me :/
I have thought of making them at some point, but there is much to make and so limited time so it might take a while 😅 Rogue and Alchemist can really only be used in gold build as gold boost heroes, alchemist wants cooldown items to turn enemies into frogs as often as possible, and rogue wants att speed. Rogue also needs to be lvl 10k and equipped with static orb for him to do good in gold build.
Succubus you could use in hellmode with charm promotion and cooldown items, I'm not sure she has role elsewhere but I haven't really used her outside of hm

Thank you 😊! It does sound like any damage would be better than no damage, but in reality it really isnt. There's a couple of reasons for that, insignificant damage output wont let you kill monsters any faster, and town archers can make the game alot more laggy due to the amount of projectiles on screen, which in turn can make you lose waves you otherwise would win. Especially true on older devices. Also once you start using dark assassin as support unit for critical damage buff, town archers weak single target damage can "steal" that buff away from heavy hitters like giants or bowmaster

@@jordanbarnes7503 my pleasure 😊 and yeah dont worry, eventually you'll want to level town archers to level 10k since you get one skillpoint from them at that level, and then stop leveling them. But this can also be done later game once the cost to level them to 10k doesnt feel much anymore. (That is probably the better approach)
And about the worthless coin, you dont need it just yet: at your wave level (up to until ~1500+ waves) you can use gold build and do autobattle with gold and make profit. This will stop being profitable somewhere 1500-2000 waves and at that point you should start using the worthless coin👍 you can find the gold build video on my channel for that, you can ignore any talk about devil horn and using rogue is also not required for you

Haha 😇 mana issues also will ease with higher wave level, as in the worm does not need to be so heavily leveled compared to early game, but it's still the single best way to improve mana regeneration 👍
yes i spent more gold on the worm since it was pretty low leveled of only 50 now i think its about 300 or 500 it was enough for me since my mana doesnt reach 0 now it gets close but not close enough so i think i can change chrono now@@LakuJK

There is no difference there, probably just "feels" like it but the chances are the same 👍
What is are the item lines you want on angels? Do you need stun and knockback or damage items. also, can the last line on an L item like slows 1.7 seconds be upgraded?
Damage items help a little but best line would probably be red reduced dmg line. Their main job is to bodyblock flying enemies and that helps them stay alive longer 👍 that and then damage/cooldown.
And no, those red lines are always the same no matter if the item is level 1 or 100

Also they don't benefit very well from the skill tree. This build works better for f2p players as well as those who want to use some money in the game.
You should eventually get your Town Archers to level 10.000 because you get 1 extra skillpoint from them at that level. DO NOT go higher than that!
For the other question: Angels provide movement speed boost to your Giants, which is crucial for them to be effective so pick Angels 😊

@@zombiestrike490 he will become better as you play 👍 the problem in very early game is that your ranged units are a bit too strong and are able to kill monsters before giants have the time to walk over to them and attack them, this will be fixed as you progress and also when you get L tier items with +1 summoned unit lines, your giants will also become more and more powerful 😊

Well, you can, but adding another unit that you need to level up into the build results in struggles with keeping up with the levels 😊 In which case I would recommend something you dont need to level, such as Bishop or assassin as a support unit (critical debuff), he can be left at level 51

Heya 😊 they should be leveled up but much less than other units. In terms of ratio (wave*hero lvl) it's okay to keep them at 0.01 or 0.015, just to make sure they dont get instakilled and can live their full-ish duration 😊 im glad you have been enjoying them! About my progress in-game: I have every 1 of the heroes that can go over lvl 21 at lvl 200 and my towers and my leader (Edward) is lvl 250 aswell and have the treasures used in the video max and the tower parts lvl 100 and lvl 99 (max ones), am lvl 256 and wave 635 (in the past i used to grind wave 250 for the unknown contracts before i started watching vids for grow castle)
@@X_Eraser If you actively check your game and can spend your crystals every time they hit the cap, you can use the crystal tree version to boost up your castle part leveling speed. (You want them all to level 10k for skillpoints). But if you are not able to spend crystals every time you hit the cap for them, you should go for golden tree. That's also the better option when waving overnight

ALL THAT SAID, They can be used in early game (when they are below level 10k) if you wish to and they can provide some mana free damage. It is completely possible to just completely ignore them though and be able to clear all content with ease. In this build they are ignored so they wont do any damage, and honestly I would recommend going down that path.
if you are using dark assassin (and Town archers are not doing any real damage), it is beneficial to not have them because dark assassin attacks give enemy units debuff making them take more critical damage from the next critical strike. Now you want to maximize this effect by having a strong damage dealer with big single target damage (like giants) deal that next critical strike instead of a low single attack unit (like town archers). This is why you don't want town archers to "steal" that debuff away from other units. Obviously this can't be completely avoided since you also have other low attack level units in the build (Slingers, Angels, Dorothy).

I have little problem with mine stone giants they don’t do anything like they are making 87k damage ( I’m on 1043 wave and giants are on 172lv)
I would strongly recommend going for lightning setup instead of physical now 👍 giants were nerfed in the last update and lightning is much better now 😊 but even if you stick with physical, giants will only start performing better after a bit later because for now your ranged units are so overpowered that giants cant walk to the enemy before ranged units kill them

Hello, another help request comment. I'm using your waving build, but I have trouble with bosses, whereas I annihilate normal mobs. Every1 is set to target bosses already. Any idea? (currently dh1+h, fab, w 21k, 0.2 dps and 0.1 other ratios). Hope you're doing great and going outside a lot.

Well I suppose I should make another one for that 😊 but basically from 500k to 1million its the same build, but you are slowly working your way to achieve profitable gold autobattle (In which case the Gold Build video will guide you through that setup). Key damage dealers etc are the same, except once you have enough skillpoints for physical, summon AND lightning skilltree, you can swap out Sniper and start using Dark Assassin as damage dealer instead and that will be the better option.

Well, you can of course, it's just still more cost efficient to go without them. But I would say if they are still below level 10k and you want to keep using them, go for it 😊! Once you get them to 10k though you can think if it's time to stop using them
So do I prioritise on damage dealers (dark bowman, sniper, edward and giants) first? Before levelling support heroes. I'm guessing a 2:1 Ratio, like support heroes levels alway 0.5 of main damage dealers.
Yes that is exactly the correct mindset! 😎 support heroes angels and slingers can be even lower than that but 0.5 is not a bad guideline at all 👍 also worth to note that ice wizard and assassin does lot need any leveling for now, they can be left out at level 51 or so (i think 51 is where assassin ability reaches cap % iirc).
do you make enough gold doing free autobattle wave build with DH+1 to keep heros in the ratios needed to keep winning waves? Or do people need to be doing gold auto battle /. gold manual battle to keep up? I'm wondering for the long term if people with 200k+ waves are having to spend a lot of time manual gold waving to keep up or do you make enough passive with colonies and seasonal to not need to do that. DH1 is quite easy to manage as it is not that difficult DH level 👍 You will constantly get stronger through your waves via more skillpoints and also daily L item crafting (after doing orc colonies) and those will ease up the difficulty by alot. Around 100k+ waves legendary dragon farming can also be done to further boost build strength, manual play should no be required as long as you keep doing infinite colony regularly as well, remember to do seasonal colonies every time they reset and use the golden tree tower with your free autobattle build.
Some ads can be done additionally if you have the willpower and time to go through them, which can help if you lack with infinite colony or dont have much items help. For this you can do single battle using time autobattle, watch the ad afterwards and swap back to free autobattle build. This can actually be quite helpful around 400-500k waves once you start to level up all your units to 10k for skillpoints, which will naturally drain alot of your gold. Before that point managing ratios is much easier and will again become easier once those 10k's are done 😊
My giant is barely kill monsters his duration ran out quickly even upgraded angel is this normal?
Yeah they are sadly so slow now 😩 they spend most of the time walking around and also their duration was decreased by 3 seconds with the latest update

Guys I have a question, is Worthless Coin treasure worth it? You're grinding gold right so its best to just autobattle and earning gold? Or does autobattle using gold not give you profit in waves? Please answer guys
Yes worthless Coin is what you should use until like 700.000 waves or more. Before that you cant make profit with gold autobattle (except if you are under 2k waves) so worthless coin is your best friend. Make sure to use golden tree in your build when using it and level up your Infinite Town to as high as possible

They do debuff you in terms of if you are using Dark Assassin, they will steal away his debuff from high hitting units, and also if you are not leveling them, their damage is so insignificant that they are not worth the added lag they can potentially bring. If unit (that's meant to do damage) is doing 1-2% of damage when looking at battle results, there is absolutely no merit in keeping it in the build.
Now low wave many people tend to level up town archers, especially if it is their first time playing the game. If they have done so and the TA are doing relevant damage, no harm done keeping them, but long term they just are not efficient to be leveled up in the current meta of the game (for f2p players at least).

Not really for waving no, in gold builds you want to include the gold boost stuff, and in free autobattle build you want to use Iron wheel for increased colony gold income. Temporarily you could use it to include Tony in your build for times when you need to gather more than 60 Crystals at once 👍 if you really want to use it, then Thor or Sara could be choices

Why not go with a summon build for the Skill tree option that gives extra monsters?
You will circle around to summon tree eventually, but for starters its better to go with physical tree. Your giants and slingers gets boosted from physical tree, but your bowmaster, elf and sniper wont get boosted by summon tree

im trying to farm items for the heroes and some doubts aroused, how mucho should i farm the sin dragon till it becomes too much, and also, at what wave were you able to kill legendary dragon?
That's ultimately up to you to decide, but 5000 defense for Sin should be enough, but you can do less if you don't want to farm Sin. You will end up replacing all those items once you get your hands on L and E tier items anyway 👍 I would say possible Legendary dragon kills start at around 50k wave, but it will be farmable at 100k waves at earliest, or more.
When using the devil horn you can farm more unknown contracts as well yeah?
yes absolutely! it's a great way to farm up more of those as well

hey 😊 that's correct! The middle tier promotion Slingers are physical type, which will allow them to benefit from the physical skilltree. The last promotion slingers are fire and poison, which would make them unable to benefit from the physical skilltree and thus make them less useful 👍

You are not trying to use devil horn yet right? That would be an issue.
As long as you have the build set up you shouldnt have much troubles doing normal waves, most likely you need to level up some stuff if you have a hard time.
At your wave level you should be able to make a gold build and do gold autobattle with it while making profit. That will be achievable until somewhere between 1-2k waves

On this secondary account the items are not that great, but here's some info you can work on with when looking for items for your heroes:
Pure Wizard: Cooldown lines, preferably double cooldown for both items (other lines dont matter)
Dark Necromancer: Cooldown lines, preferably double cooldown for both items (other lines dont matter)
Ice Wizard: Cooldown and attack speed, but priority is to get cooldown for heroes above first. Later on can be used as E item mule (yellow lines)
Smith: Cooldown, but priority is to get cooldown for heroes above first. Later on can be used as E item mule (yellow lines)
Chrono: Cooldown lines, when you have some you can switch to the other promotions than passive for higher game speed boost.
Giants: Priority is legendary +1 summoned unit line for both items, after that critical chance & critical strike and after those other damage boosting lines (damage %, physical dmg %, attack speed)
Edward: Same as Giants but giants take priority first
Slingers: Early game knockback, later on stun and slow, but a combination of these can work quite well, also 1 line of cooldown or +1 unit is usable
Angels: Early game doesn't really matter much, cooldown, +1 summon, damage lines, or can be used as E item mule (yellow lines)
Dorothy: +1 summon unit and knockback lines, Slingers take priority first
Dark Bowmaster: Critical damage & Critical chance, followed by dmg% and physical dmg%, can fill with flying damage or boss damage lines but these are not the best
Dark Elf: Priority is +1 arrow legendary line on both items, after that whatever damage boosting lines you can get. +1 arrow is huge increase on her.
Sniper: Pretty much same as Dark Bowmaster
The hunt for "best" items is eternal, so early on simply focus on getting decent items for all heroes, and then slowly focus on upgrading from there! Also, happy to have you here

Useful and great build! Been using this and now on wave 1905, a question I have is why you don't use town archers
Town Archers are not needed with current way the game is, because they don't scale well with the skilltree and they become expensive to keep leveled up compared to just heroes, so it's more efficient to use only heroes. Eventually you want to level them (Town Archers) to 10.000 because you get 1 extra skillpoint from them when they hit that level but you don't want to go higher than that. So if they are below that and you want to use them, it's okay and early game they can do some decent damage, but later on you won't use them and even early game you can do perfectly fine without them if you wish to

Game speed is very important for waving, higher speed means faster progression AND also more gold from colonies and workers per hour. Chrono is indeed very mana heavy hero, so for early game you can use the left hand side promotion, which gives a passive gamespeed boost and wont use up your MP 😊👍 and then you can switch to the promotions on the right side later on once you can handle the mana cost 👍

Hey 😊 Yes you can, if they are level 9k already its probably best that you take them to level 10k now since you will get 1 skillpoint for doing that. And then just keep using them until they stop doing any relevant damage 😊

what's the point of not using town archers at all? don't they do any damage?
The build don't level them up, and when leveled up they do no actual damage and may simply cause lag and make your build perform worse. Also if you use dark assassin, you want to minize non damage dealer attacks so that your heavy hitters can make use of his critical damage buff against enemies. And why they are not leveled in the build is because it's more cost efficient to level heroes, meaning you get the best bang for buck that way.
This video was made before ice bow treasure could have crit chance stat for heroes, so in todays world, if you use that treasure you can kinda still keep unleveled town archers in the build as they will be able to apply slow to the enemies.
Also you will eventually want to get town archers to level 10.000 because for every unit that reaches level 10k, you get 1 skillpoint for your skilltree. Up to you to choose if you want to do that early on or just wait and spam level them to 10k later (this build recommends the latter but both will get you same results)
Also, I would strongly recommend lightning build unless you really wish to play something else 😊

Hey, what items will be good for early game? like b-s tier?
b and a tier items are not really great so even if you want to skip them completely that's fine 👍 S tier item lines can have same rolls as L and E tier items so they start to be strong enough to be considered. But mainly you want a lot cooldown items for pure wizard, necromancer, smith etc, and any damage items for damage dealers.
hi laku! im a new viewer, im wondering if this wave build is good for me because im on wave 500, im thinking i should push waves first and then start gold farming or do the opposite
Yo! Always try to push waves if you can. But since you are still at that low wave level, you should be able to check out my gold build video, and use gold autobattle and make profit with it (amount of gold received from wave (check from the battle results) is higher than the amount you pay in order to activate the autobattle). Once that stops being profitable for you (somewhere between 1000 and 2000 waves), save up for the worthless coin and switch to this build 👍 They are quite similar builds except this one has no gold boosting stuff. Then just keep using free autobattle and keep conquering more and more colonies whenever you can to boost your gold income from them 👍

@@LakuJK Hi Laku! i tried your suggestion and i got a lot of gold, I left my phone on for the night and i equipped the pickaxe, 10% more colony gold, and the colony gold cooldown. i got 30million when i woke up! I decided to spend it on my heroes since their levels are 31-60 and im about to reach 800 waves soon, so i made all my heroes to level 100 except the ones that are max on 21 level.
Where can i spend my gold? level up my heroes? upgrade town archers or castle?
@@croco5810 Your Castle and main damage dealers mostly (dark bowmaster, giants, edward, sniper). Also spend some on angels, slingers and worm (worm for mana regeneration) but they dont need to be as high level as damage dealer units mentioned earlier. Town archers you can completely skip but if you do level them don't go over level 10.000

Knights are cool, you could possibly replace Dorothy with them if you wish. Druid will be useful for boosting defense if you have +1 summoned unit items on him
