I'm struggling to win in th5... With a small group of army(maximum unit is 115) WITHOUT that horse army. Even if I do this method... It's still not enough. :(

You can take them as doantions
Request troop in the clan castle,and make sure you in a clan and rebuild the clan castle to request the troop.
Why use goblin?
They are best for clean up

8 wizards are more than enough bro. You can use another giant just to be safe
if you are attacking a TH5 base it cant have a dragon in the CC but yes u can easily kill it with 8 wizards
