3sh was originally the hardest challenge, when it got passed, the same guy made 3shX3, then that got passed. Now it is 3sh is dead, which is the same challenge around 10 times. Soon people will realise you can duplicate this obby 10 times over and it will be a tier 24. 100 times will make it a 25. You can keep doing this until the part count is equal to the integer limit.

Hardest obby made is The Trusses. It's hard to compare though. See, I dont like the idea of calling something over Tier 21, because we haven't seen an obby higher of that Tier yet.
