The power nozzles are known as Douglas brand! They made power nozzles for brands like GE filter queen royal and a couple other brands. They hold up ok but don’t clean the best!
I don't believe Royal made many of their own power nozzles except the rare Manta Ray in the early 80's. They used Filter Queen nozzles for a good part of the 80's and into the early 90's including the upgraded nozzle with a headlight for the 4600 starting around 1990. In 1994 they switched to the Panasonic power nozzle for the 4600 which was a big improvement IMO but did keep using the Filter Queen nozzle like you have here in the 4250 and 4350. I have a Royal 4600 and 4700 with the Panasonic nozzle and they are great cleaners. I actually prefer them over my fairly new Kirby!
