Everyone usually gets lipo safety wrong with those dumb lipo fire safe bags. I'm not accusing Do RC of anything related to improper lipo safety. Please don't misunderstand. But so many other channels use those fire safety bags that don't work, no matter what brand you buy. The only safe storage for lipos is in a metal can. And even in the can, it'll vent enough toxic gases to kill your pets and maybe make you sick depending on how much you're huffing. RUclips has many videos showing how those bags fail spectacularly. It's just many people don't do research before assuming these products work. I, as a cheapskate, researched the bags because I wanted to see if cheap ones worked. None of them do. So be careful who you ask for fire safety tips on RUclips. PSA: once again I stress the fact that regarding Do RC channel, I'm not accusing him of anything, and the only reason I mention this on his video is the fact that I'm lipo fire safe crazy and will give unasked-for advice whenever anyone talks about lipo fires. I'm paranoid, but don't take my word for it. Search YT for lipo fire bag tests. PSA over, cue the G.I. Joe "knowing is half the battle" voiceover.
I got all the budget or budget friendly lipo out there. Youme, Brainenrgy, Carson, zeee etc. ZEEE performed very good and were always decent but ovonics where the one that neven let me down, absolutely flawless lipo, alwas incredibly cheap.
Pretty good. Had quite a few cycles through them and ended up physically damaging one so I replaced them. No complaints as far as their performance though
Just had a 6700mah 80c 2s completely discharge on one side. Dow to zero. Other cell had 13%. Glad the charger caught it and wouldn’t charge. Have two 6200mah 50c 2s that have been great batteries.
Yeah I've had batteries go bad from pretty much every brand I've used. So far these have been good for me but I'm not surprised to hear that they have failures as well.
@@DoRC we should really all be using the alarms but I never have. I tell ya though, the size options they have available is great and my others are fine so I’ll still be using them. Also like HRB!
@@DoRC I just noticed I was running an ovonic 4s in my MT8 I just reassembled. That’s been a great battery too. Forgot about it being ovonic. 20 cycles or so through it now?
Great channel! I’m glad I stumbled across it, subscribed.
Thanks!
Great video. You should do a video on lipo safety.
Thanks ill put it on the list!

Great review, I like the standing backflip test, what a great parameter to test 👍. I have some Ovionics and they work great
Thanks!
I’ve got those same batteries they are awesome!! Tons of power 💥
Yeah they seem on par with my SMC batteries for a bit less money. Happy with them so far :-)
How do you charge them with smart charger,?
Which charger?

Yeah I've had a few other batteries now and I haven't had any issues with them. I have however had issues with some zeee batteries
SO GLAD I FOUND YOUR CHANEL SIR. FULL OF GREAT HELPFUL INFORMATION. THANKYOU FROM ENGLAND.
🇬🇧🇺🇲🕊️✌🏻👍🏻😁
Thanks for watching!
Do you remove the outer see through plastic cover thing? :D
No I actually usually add more to it. The more protection the better
How were these? They’re on sale on Amazon now
Pretty good. Had quite a few cycles through them and ended up physically damaging one so I replaced them. No complaints as far as their performance though
@@DoRC nice. I can barely get 8 min on my 8000mah zeee packs, but get more than that on my yowoo.. lol just ready to steer clear of zeee

Ever since lvc became common on escs I stopped using alarms. As long as the lvc is working right it makes the alarm redundant
Yeah I've got quite a few cycles through the set I have and so far they're working great
That’s a sick battery!
Yeah they seems prettt good for the money:)
ovanic is pretty good batteries i got a few 3s and 2s radio batteries from them all have been solid
Yeah this is my first experience with them but I am happy with them so far.
Cool ill grab some saw 2x 6s 6500mah 80c package for 60$ thats not bad
Yeah I've had I think three or four of these batteries now since I made the video and haven't had any issues with any of them that weren't my fault
Where did you buy these lipos?
Oops. I added a link to their Us warehouse and to the coupon code in the description. You can get the other warehouses from that link
Got a 2 pack from Amazon one doa one able to charge and use and Amazon or ovonic will not warranty it or replace it worst customer service ever
Unfortunately a lot of these Chinese companies have poor customer support. I'm surprised Amazon wouldn't accept a return though. What did they say?
