I have no idea about the convertible note or stock dilution. I’m sure they will issue documentation of any corporate activities on their website, and they may also discuss it in a conference call. While I am interested in details like loans or convertible notes, I think if the management is good, these details do not overshadow the company’s overall business plans. From what I understand, they are executing according to plan. This is not investment advice.

I know what you mean, there are so many NVDA, Tesla, Meta and Palantir stock videos out there - and there’s too much competition in those names. I’m happy you appreciate ideas about the lesser known small or medium sized companies.
It’s a small company, only about $2B market cap. They used to sell mainly to industrial customers, but now with EVs their pyrogel thin insulation has been in demand because it insulates battery cells and reduces thermal runaway. I can see the excitement with rocket launches, Space-X, etc. But I don’t have an edge with this stock - I don’t understand rocket launch technology or why this company is in demand.
