Lol. Maybe your life is heading in the wrong direction when you come to youtube for "inspirational" speeches like this one. Even though I listened only 5 minutes, I'm sure he wouldn't talk about the key to the success of his business or how communist royal families, especially former communist party leader Jiang's son, helped Alibaba dominate Chinese market and made Yahoo "force sell" more than 200M shares back in 2012.

Shareholder is no 3 ? The investors will not be happy with that point.
you can have all the shareholders in the world, without customer and customer satisfaction, you are just a bubble... to create value for shareholder you need to treat your customers first, and to treat your customers first you need employees who are devoted to your vision... any intelligent investors understands that and would not mind being number 3 (if you talk to social responsible investors they will even put environment/society number 2 or 3 and investors number 4). Companies putting shareholders above all else will be short-lived and eventually the market will take them out, but companies focused on creating value will live forever and so will their shareholders... It's like Gordon Gekko vs. Warren Buffet.

Shareholders are like heat-seeker missiles. Always run after bigger profit. Happy customers are the source of profit. If you have profit they will follow you like a dog follows his human.
