@@pig_master101 doubling the speed of a 30 FPS video makes it appear 60 FPS. If you set the Playback Speed of a video on RUclips to 2x on a non-HD quality (because that's at 30 FPS for more visibility), everything will look smoother, but setting back to 1x, everything will look choppier.

So the faster you go the less frame used and appears
And these vidio reach to the point there's only one frame used (one frame per second and beyond)
