I think dark age challenge is absurd. Should have tried an FFA with mongol full potential
unlike people here i really enjoy all these cheesy ffa challenges. i just dont think they need to be darkage exclusive but you can try various different things.
Mongol Dark Age challenge tips:
1. Get Wheelbarrow ASAP. Fkin no brainer no matter what civ.
2. When going for a snipe move your production near enemy base as fkin mongol that way no matter what your pop it will feel like you have an endless stream of units.
3. Too much dilly dallying. Dark age challenges have to be done quickly if you take 10 minutes between each snipe the third enemy and beyond will be unkillable (if they are competent).
4. Kill enemy production or any buildings in the way of the TC to clear at least a single file path. Even though it feels like a waste of time if you followed step 2 you will continue to stream units effortlessly to enemy TC.
5. Bring vils with you for walls and towers or as mongol build a forward ovoo. Optional but works for me.
6. Again optional but I like to get a kill or even 2 before I do the water boom going on hunt and massing units. That way I can get a kill often before a couple of the enemies have even left dark age.
7. Pro move: bring random mongol buildings (Gers are best) to the seige and place them in random spots to fk with the enemy pathing .. this can be tough to implement but is unique advantage for mongols.

Also playing dark age bs everygame. Channel went from entertaining commentary to whatever troll strategy he can pull
Control groups... You keep selecting your king with other units and then wondering why he's all dented. Game after game, it's painful.

Looks like you're coming up against higher level players more and more as the the lower level guys start getting sick of being noob-stomped by conqs and diamonds. Given enough time, there'll be enough high level competition for you that you don't even need to nerf yourself to have a challenge.
Drongo, do a Malian only scouts challenge. It works so well you wont believe it lol.
I too wish there was a kill counter on units. and Landmarks like the red palace, berkshire palace etc

I really don’t like all that stupid Challange’s! Your by far the best caster but to watch you troll half the time is so annoying. I would love to see you try hard more or cast some games of people who try hard.
It’s one thing to actually try some interesting strategies but to impose self sabotaging rules on yourself completely breaks the experience for me.
Hope you’ll be back to some competitive content soon without all that trolling.
He’s having fun with the game. Can’t expect him to only do commentary and never actually play the game.
While i appreciate the Drongo content, i find these FFA streams pretty boring. Trying to stomp noobs in FFAs with cheese is not very engaging.
