Hello Shashi, I'm using Avolites Quartz I got problem with capture visualiser which when I try to patch fixture that download a personality from avoilites website the fixture I patched is workwell but in capture visualiser no any equipment appearance.
However, when I tried to patch dimmer this work well too and this patched dimmer have an equipment appreared in capture visualiser.
What's I do wrong? please advise thank you.
Hello brother,
All the fixture doesn’t work in capture visualizer. When you patch check under capture column if it is ticked. That means it’s capture available. Only if it is ticked it will work. So when you are downloading. Download the capture available fixture files.

hello Shashi sorry to disturb you but can you please tell me how you can patch fixtures from a flash disk on tiger touch console, i have fixture files that i have on my flash disk but i don't know how to patch them as they are on my flash disk not on the internal memory of the console. thank you
Easiest way is to copy the fixture files from the pen drive to D/ personality folder.
Then restart the Titan software.
All the folder access and the restart option you can find by clicking the avolites logo on top corner of the screen.

Hi 👋🏽, that’s a big question. Patching I have done a video you can try that. I explain in that how to patch a fixture.
Then for effect making for individual bulb.
You can use pixel mapper,
Key frame shapes too. To teach you exactly how to do it’s not possible through a message. I’ll try to make a video. Or you can contact me through instagram.

Go to user settings and enable grand master. Keep pressing Avo/Shit Key - then press Disk - Then User settings - Then grand master enable.

Can i patch 2 fixtures on 1 adress ?
Hello, 👋 No you can't patch 2 fixtures on same address.
But you can use two same model fixtures in one address.
ex : You patch one fixture in console, and give this address to two fixtures that is same model.

Yes. Simple. Patch one fixture. Then give the same adress to both same model fixtures. This you have to set physically from the fixture.
Please how do I update my Tiger Touch II firmware?
If your console is a original then you can update. You can find the update file and steps to update in avolites website.

If you bought it from a Chinese supplier I don’t think it’s an original.
