When you have a population of 1 billions, poor and need to make sure they do not die, you have to take some decision and stop the growing of population. Maybe it was a bad choice, but government need to take this decision. Western countries to resolve this problem has open their gate to immigration.. it's a choice.. don't criticize other choices when you are unable to do those kind of choice without being criticized...
