Andrew Pedicone you can look up how you play minor chords. It can be very exhausting for your fingers, when you play them the first time, but it will really help you progress. It's also very common in black metal, so if you like to play black metal, it will help you a lot. :) I hope my advice was useful to you.
Practice playing one note and concentrate on relaxing your arm, wrist etc until it no longer burns. Then you will learn the way to do it without getting tired.
