I’m Vietnam Veteran wife when my husband started getting sick with dementia he would tell me honey I’m waiting for my papers, l asked what papers he then tell me my orders to go back to save my brothers that are fighting and for my country U S A. Although he was Puerto Rican he considered USA his country. It makes no difference which Arm Forces you are in you are trained to do the best you can even giving your life for our country. My husband Jorge went to Heaven 9 months ago. I still remembered those words “ did my orders come “ no sweetie. Only God came and you’re at peace now. R I P my dear husband.

1. I was crying like a baby.
2. It brought back so many memories. I'm a veteran of Operation "Desert Storm" and "Desert Shield ". I saw death with my own eyes. Great movie and my respect to all my fellow veterans.

I am a retired Navy Master Chief Petty Officer. As soon as I saw the collar rank insignia on the African-American Chief Petty Officer, I knew that the military advisors for this movie were not very good at their jobs. The insignias are not oriented properly, something that would be immediately obvious to anyone who who has spent any time in the enlisted ranks of the U.S, Navy. A bunch of Navy Chiefs sitting in the CPO Mess aboard ship, would burst out laughing at that Chief's uniform shirt. This movie is about Navy SEALs, and, other than aviators and submariners, the SEALs are probably the most detail-oriented outfit in the Navy today. Pay attention to the details...details matter. Navy SEALs...The very Best!

Eye am a disabled veteran that was aboard in the navy aboard the U.S.S. Ponce LPD 15. Machinist Mate 87-91 and the officers did not wear their uniforms like they were wearing.

Each country has their own special forces, you can only join the Military if your son is a naturalised US citizen…. SEALs are elite, but you have to remember it is an honour to serve in SF in any country..They have their own traditions, and honour….And are all proud members of a unit….
But lots of foreign units train with the SEALs, that’s something to remember…

19 when I left. I turned 20 & 21 over in the middle east on deployments. Got the Dear John Letter the first deployment, and watched a good friend go through divorce when we got back. I seen death over there. . Now I'm getting to watch my greatest fear. Seeing politicians and Americans not appreciating the cost of their freedom.

But for these men who gave all ,some died and some keep on going, we as civilians will never know what they really did go through and they have to hold those memories in their own hearts till their last days. Always remember, we the people when we see a member of our armed forces, thank them or just a hello, like I did yesterday to a Marine in a wheelchair ❤️🇺🇸❤️

One of my favorite movies is the Seal Team movies, never watched without tears. So proud of these soldier who fight and face incredible missions to save countries and civilians. They are the true hero's . May God protect all our Seals . Thank you for the great movie. 🙏❤

they got all the uniforms wrong for the time period, the weapons aren’t recoiling like real weapons, and the acting is horrible. its a great idea for a movie, but they have to redo it and get it right because that is an insult for those men that are in those roles. I like the plot, I like the story, BUT, they need to fix some things like yesterday.

I love this movie it's probably the BEST war movie I have watched in my entire life. Salute to all the seals and I pray deep in my heart for your sacrifice and loses. But I must say you guys are true ass kickers. You guys have all my love and respect.
Outstanding film; gets to the heart of things and what it means to be a SEAL "brothers" in war.
As you know what it means, i bet my life you havnt spend one day in the armed forces.
It's made for TV you wouldn't have a navy seal team fighting amongst themselves in the middle of an op They're hyperfocused on their mission and they might get into it whenever they get back behind the wire but not while they're out beyond the wire

You can just tell by the comments most are all civilians who do not have a real understanding of what true military life is. Keep in my mind, though these actors did not do a horrible job representing, it’s still Hollywood and cheesy in so many ways. To all the young men out there who want some form of combat Infantry life, just keep in mind it takes a special person to continue the fight while their friends around them are dying. Hollywood glorifies and remember this is what a 2 hour movie? So much hard work and dedication. At 41 still not married and no children. You shall dedicate your whole life to the Teams etc. So many want to become Navy SEALs now that even new recruits who have SEAL contracts are losing them and getting thrown in with the fleet, which you don’t want. You have to really be something special these days. Regular Army or Marine Corps infantry will see more combat than any special tier unit anyway and those are facts, trust me. I would recommend one of those Branches. You want an advanced form of the infantry life, become a Ranger, or go into Marine Recon. No silence anymore with the Teams unfortunately. Everyone knows what a SEAL is now and everyone and their brothers thinks they are a SEAL after playing Call of Duty and Airsoft. I have seen SEALs fold under fire in combat. It’s very rare, but it happens. You can have all the training in the world, but once rounds start flying past your head by someone you know who wants you dead is the real test. Blessings to all who join and serve our beautiful country. 🙏🇺🇸

The USS Midway was my ship. I served on her from 1970-1972 just after they put a longer flight deck on her to handle the bigger jets. Diesel powered carrier, she served in Vietnam after I left the Navy. She is now a tourist ship in San Diego. Go and see what it was like to be in the Navy at that time.

Many thanks to all who have served past and present. Many gave all. I am so grateful to all. The families back home that lost their man in uniform gave all as well when they lost their special man. I am ok even though I knew the Devon Mackey lost his life to enemy fire. It was listen to the words of Davis that turned this 59 years old bear into a huge pile of mush. Little Devon belonged to SEAL 6. God bless all of our men and women in Uniform and please bring them home.
My wife and I were blessed a little over 2 years ago with a young beautiful lady who is in the Navy. My daughter and her at the time Fiance had gone to the Mall and met this young lady. She ended up with no ride. So they offered her a ride. If I remember right they took her to base and she grabbed some clothes and they brought her home. We gained another daughter. She was desperate for a Mom and Dad to love and accept her. Her parents were divorced and neither want to have anything to do with her. Our gain their stupid loss. We are so proud of her and we love her as if we had brought her into this corrupt world.
