Bro your “glitch” worked only twice until it stopped and took all of my components AND MONEY! I’m starting to lose trust in you…
Bro you explained it wrong you made it so they would buy it twice instead of sell it twice (by leave the cursor on the item you duping, leave one available, hold/click (select and sell) at the same time, then you’ll get the same prompt to sell again here you don’t have to hold anything just sell max amount and that’s the glitch. Then buy it back (regularly) also note!!!! drop boxes can ONLY Hold 20k so if your dupped stack is more than 10k then buying it back after you dupe you will lose money because it’ll cost more than 20k.

Dupe to the seller to get all their money. Dupe to yourself from the seller to increase the amount you have and give the seller more of your money to increase your amount. I just recommend to have a sacrificial stack to close to get your eddies back once you have everything duped to larger quantities.
My sacrificial stacks are from my hundreds of space paintings 😝
Yeah every now and then I get a glitch where I can buy back what i sold it just won’t let me. So I save before I do it every time just in case

This glitch does not work at all after the 2.0 update......

Easier method (Xbox controls): double tap A on the item, hold A on the second press, don’t move the cursor. Click up on the D pad to sell all but 1. Hit X to confirm (STILL HOLDING A). And you can sell the max number again. Buy them back and you can double your gains each time. You can do this until you are selling a stack for nearly 20k. I’ve purchased most of night city using bottles of wine

@@joshu06 once you dupe a bunch, sell all but 5 and then open the pause menu and skip 24 hours and repeat. Make sure what you’re duping is worth a lot.
@Jake G OK, got it. So essentially you go down to 5 and re-dupe them all again,then sell.
Just a note: you can't dupe weapons, armor,upgrades or implants. You can dupe only one time used items

The things people on console have to go through a simple line of code can solve. At least there are people out there to help you guys get it done!
This glitch works wonders, and if you use it to start crafting wrapping to sell, your crafting skills go up and you unlock weapons and clothes to craft. I don’t do the money glitch anymore because this way is easier than having to find a working trunk or garbage bin to continually run back and forth from.
You could press A & X when your about to sell it and sell it twice and then repeat the process buying it back and when buying it back you could let there be 1 instead of 2
It works, then it doesn't work. You gotta be careful when buying back the stuff. It can leave you broke. But if done right, duplicates and/or sells enough to make money. I used crafting components to make dozens of expensive weapons to the just sell them for dozens of thousands. I got lucky and duped many crafting components.
I miss the days where I could keep skippy and finish the damn quest…

Just tried it today. Still works but I have to double tap X and A. Only components, and consumables. Then I craft guns and cash out the machines! Really helps with health and grenades. Basically unlimited money, health and boom booms... And I just updated yesterday

A better version is selecting all except one then holding the select button (A or X) while hovering over the item being sold (could be behind the sell menu, doesn't matter) then selling which should put the amount in the vendors inventory while bringing up another sell menu which you now need to sell all of the item then just buy the duped items free of charge.
Does this only work with certain items? Cuz yeah I’m duplicating items but I’m still buying back and selling it for the same price so I don’t make any profits
Only one time use items work
If you wanna make profits, dupe a bunch of food items to sell. Sell them to the drop point until they run out of money and skip 24hrs to reset the money they have. You can also do this to get free items from ripperdocs because you're essentially getting back your money by selling. Rinse and repeat
I did it and i don’t know what happend but when I purchase it back it cost triple the amount so I can’t buy it back
I think it now shows you the amount if you bought the whole stack. Notice if you try to buy it back with 1 piece and the price would've gone down.
Dupe it the other way. If you do it as this guy does it you will be losing money.
There's an easy money duping feature. You buy components and craft valuable items to resell.

Get a stack sell all but 1 but hold X on ps or A on xbox when u accept the sale. Buy back for the normal price. It works by selling for double. Job done rinse and repeat
There's a better one where you just sell it twice by leaving one remaining and holding A or the equivalent for PS while hovering over the item then press the sell button and it should bring up a menu to sell the same amount again where you now need to sell the full amount then buy them all back which shouldn't change your balance since you technically gave it to them then took the same amount back. Drop points are easier since there's a glitch where items that you sold that the vendor sells normally can't be bought back.
Make sure you stock up in your stash. More than likely will be patched soon

You have to finesse the duplicate glitch.
The glitch work both ways but the vendor won't pay you if you sell past the amount they have so.... When you get ready to sell to the vendor hold the buttons down the screen should pop up again then sell as much that the vendor can afford.

Just dupe everything you can, then later on sell but leave 2 of each thing, then later again, dupe again. Increase in profit, and materials. If that’s to complicated, dupe everything as much as u can, (probably 9999) then craft a ton of stuff and sell. Rinse and repeat.
Well if you do it the other way it's better just go up to a drop point and sell all but one but before u hit sell hover the cursor over where the item would be and press square and x simultaneously or x and a if ur on Xbox and than buy them all back trust me this will save u a lot of money bc it cost nothing to buy back items you have sold

This works very similarly to the item duplication glitch in Dragon Age Origins.
Everytime I do this I lose money but gain dupes
And once I sell the dupes I just go back to my normal amount
You can only sell up to the amount the drop box has. You'll have to skip 24hrs to for them to have money again. I sold like 15k at a time and got the hang out of it. Just dupe a bunch of food items and get free stuff from vendors

I've seen that you are able to give the vender hundreds of thousands of dollars with the glitch but i don't know how.

Nope, you can hold only Square or X on Xbox to make it work. You seems to doing more complicated way.

Nah man you’re losing money doing it this way just double click and hold A, or X on PS while your cursor is still hovering over the desired item in YOUR inventory, then sell all but one of said item and make sure you’re still holding A or X your just going to hit X or Square to confirm the sale while still holding A or X this will open up a new window for sale on that Same item and youll be able to sell the original amount again so say you old the box 40 pistol ammo you should be able to sell another 41 ammo and when you buy the 81 ammo back the box will only charge you for 40 ammo

Hold the buttons down, and make sure when the 2nd prompt comes up to set the value again because it sets the counter back to 1.
@@dpjsc08 it’s still duplicatable, however the price remains as the same after a certain point, and you start to make less, it’s best to dupe just past 9999, then craft and sell, rinse and repeat. It seems like a half way patch. (Ps4 and 5 here)

Tried this many times now, it does double my stuff but I don’t get money at all
If you dupe until 9999+ you can sell the item that you duped after buying it back. (The vendors usually have 20k eddies soo just scale the item until 20k eddies. Wait 24h in game and sell again) also if you sell the item don't buy it back if you want the money
If you drive to multiple drop box's and craft guns with the duped components you'll have infinite money in no time.
